This UPS store is hands down the worst (only speaking for morning shift) you will have your Amazon return label that clearly states “no box or label needed” and they will still argue with you about excepting it. This has happened on SO many occasions not just with me but multiple customers as I just witnessed another person walk out over the same issue just a second ago. Like please stop arguing with me if you have an issue take it up with Amazon or just say your store doesn’t accept Amazon packages if you are going to constantly have an issue.

In spite of the fact that I rarely leave reviews, I felt compelled to do so after the terrible customer service I just received at this location. My experience with the customer service provided by the employee at this location was the worst I have ever encountered. I tried to explain the situation to him, but he would not stop talking. I told him to return my package and I would simply go somewhere else after I finally lost patience with him. He responded to me and then proceeded to make an impolite attempt to explain how corporations operate, which is something that I am fully aware of. When I went to the location on Zebulon Road, they were able to accomplish what he claimed UPS would not allow him to do. The Zebulon Road location is the one to use if you require the services of UPS.

I've had so many frustrating experiences at this store. If you have anything other than a pre-paid, labeled Amazon return, they ask you to step aside while they help the people behind you. The employees behind the counter have no idea how to use the computer system and are always complaining about it. Everyone is on their cell phone all the time. This store is locked when it's supposed to be open. The list goes on.
My final straw was this:
Last week, I took 4 small packages to this location to send to 4 different addresses. After spending 30 minutes trying to set up my order, the labels all printed the same address. The woman behind the counter didn't notice what was wrong. When I pointed out that 3 labels had an incorrect address, she called her manager to ask how to mail multiple packages. He told her she needed to start over, remeasure all the packages, reenter all the addresses, etc etc. I'd already waited for so long, and was late to work, I told her that I wanted my packages back and would go somewhere else. She gave me a giant eye roll and slid my packages across the counter.
The primary function of UPS is to mail packages .... to have an employee who doesn't know how to mail packages alone in the store...is insane.
This location has a training problem. I switched to FedEx, despite it being significantly more expensive.

Understand, there is less than a 50% chance they will actually be open at 8:30 when they say they open. If you have to choose this location, it may be best to wait until after 11 when the employees actually decide to show up.

I had a private mailbox wont be renewing the owner lost my business owner needs to fire this young woman there super rude! Not Happy very dissatisfied with my private mailbox service here don't like certain staff that work at this location rude and unprofessional had a few issue's with my valuable packages getting lost and misplaced both this location fault and ups drivers that deliver here

Gosh not sure where to begin with this review! I was at this location last week and there were a couple of young men there that honestly looked at me when I walked in like I had 3 heads! One finally asked what I wanted ?as if I was wrong for walking in the door needing help! The customer service is PASSED POOR at this location and it definitely seems like they set their own ridiculous pricing when it comes to sending documents or packages out. My advice to the owner, start from scratch, hire a couple of mature adults with work ethic before your business goes under! Suffer a small loss now or a bigger loss later! ? As a long time supporter of black owner businesses, this one included and a business owner myself, I take pride in my business and the employees connected to it, they have the power to make or break your business. It may be time to spring clean!

Needed assistance sending one of the most important documents of my life, the girl behind the counter did not seem to want to help, and seemed openly annoyed that we were there. We left and drove to the post office where we had much better service

Definitely one of the worst places in Macon for customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with an employee here is one where I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by giving them business.
