My only complaint is the layout. The store isn't consumer friendly. It's prone to long lines and has a cluttered feel. Walmart and Sam's has a way of making me wish I had more money. Big Lots doesn't do that for me but they have some good deals in cheaper type merch.

A little bit of everything with much better service than the bigger places. You can also find some really good deals on a few things and other things are just average prices but still competitive with other stores.

I went shopping, just to find out they moved to Tom Hill, a shorter drive. You can find good deals sometimes& that's why I still shop there.

Managers were rude. As a customer waiting to ask a question. The different mgrs. decided to have a hold conversation overlooking me as a customer. Disrespectful!!!!!!
