Had a great experience! They price matched Best Buy’s sale price on a washer/dryer set so I was happy to be able to buy local versus a big box store! They even called to follow up on how we liked it (who does that these days!). Really great experience with the store/staff! Will be our Go To for future appliance needs.

My parent's purchased a refrigerator from here, within 90 days it has quit working. They are now going on 5 months with just a mini fridge and several attempts from several different "technicians" to fix the issue. Now they have FINALLY decided to replace the unit. They are continually getting the delivery date pushed back for the new unit. They have had no help from the employees here, nor Sears Corporate. My parents are just wanting their money back if they can not get a properly working unit. Excuse after excuse. I'll be happy to provide the chain and lock when they close the doors to secure the door when this company goes out of business.

the staff here was very helpful I had a Mr. Martin Lawson helping me with a vacuum cleaner he was very nice and professional at coming up with ideas to take care of the problem very nice man he did not talk down to me or make us feel stupid and answered all questions .

So far, unimpressed. A service technician was scheduled to come to our house today, between the hours of 1 and 5pm. It is currently 7:45pm. We haven't even received the courtesy of a phone call. Very disappointed with the lack of basic customer service skills. People have more things to do with their time than to wait for someone who isn't even going to show up!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to depend on this company.

They didn't have the tools that was on the website but they did get them ordered at a price cheaper then other companies probably 25% savings so for the most part my experience was ok thanks for the help

I purchased the Kenmore kitchen package (stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher). A little over 2 1/2 years and EVERY piece has a problem. Fridge doesn't cool and repair will cost me around $500, Microwave blows fuse so technician recommended I replace it, and the dishwasher handler falls off. Im watching my oven because I know it's next! Sears USE to have the best appliances, but not anymore. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR APPLIANCES, UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered new appliances in late March to include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher microhood. The refrigerator which supposedly was going to be the hardest to get was in one month later. It is now November and after having reorder due to manufacturer no longer making the original stove that was ordered, I ordered again paying more than the first one. Everything was to be delivered November 4th. Nothing. I was told the 11th. Nothing. I was told the 17th after being told I would receive a call yesterday to let me know. Now it is Saturday and I just left the store with a refund and canceled my order because they still couldn't verify a date. I am very disappointed at the lack of knowledge and the continued runaround. Refrigerator door was scratched when it was delivered and it too took the runaround again to get it replaced and they left the old door in my garage. I will not use this store to buy appliances in the future. Lack of professionalism and lack of followup.

We bought a brand new washer and dryer from Sears here in Macon GA 3 months ago and the washer broke in a week, water started leaking non stop, and it never spins or clean my clothes! we had included the service warranty upon purchasing and they came about twice to check it but never got fixed. We kept calling the store and customer service and they kept giving us the run around saying they’re ordering the parts or can’t replace the washer and that they will give us update in 3 days which they never do so we end up calling them and guess what?! They still kept blaming each other, store says call customer service, customer service says call store. I just want a working washer at this point or my money back! This is the worse experience ever!A week after I posted this review:Finally a manager reached out to my Husband, think his name is Martin and they finally decided to just bring us a whole new washer. Thank goodness! I wished it didn’t took that long but I’m just glad I have a working washer now.

The price of the items are higher than searching for the same product online, in fact the sears items on the web site are cheaper than at the store. I'm not trying to disparage their business, it's just my opinion ?

Small store front with hardly an tools, I did however pickup a regularly price tool kit of $360 for $199... Go Craftsman!
