Anna at Pro Nails did an exceptional job repairing my nails done poorly by another business. She was kind, courteous, and listened to exactly what I wanted done. My original nail shape was almond, but the first place I went to didn’t deliver the shape I wanted and convinced me to get a color I was not happy with. Anna gave me exactly what I wanted to perfection.

Got a mani/pedi for my new job. They do a great massage on the lower leg and feet.
I went when they opened on a Thursday morning and there was no wait and plenty of employees.
I never know what to do with my fingers because I just don't get them done. I knew I didn't want gel. So I wound up with a powder. Whatever that is. It means they add acrylic nails, cut them back to your liking, then put something on them for this stuff to stick to. I'm not sure 5 coats of each type of powder was really necessary but what do I know?
The color I picked for my fingernails couldn't be done with the powder so I had to pick a new color on the fly.
I'm happy with the outcome. By the time I left an hour 1/2 later, there was other customers. So get in there early if you don't want to wait.

At first I was a little hesitant to go to this shop since I’ve never been and I’m really picky about how I like my nails. But Anna has definitely become my new nail lady. She’s so sweet and you can tell she takes her time when doing your nails. Even when it’s time for a new set I still get compliments on them. Overall, the shop is calming and I’m really glad I took the chance and stopped in. I’ve been pleased ever since.

So I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m a single mom and I am hesitant to bring my 5 month old in but I was in desperate need of some self care. As soon as I came in they accommodated me with my child. Shortly after one of who I believe may be the owners but this sweet woman asked if she could hold my son for me and continued to hold, feed and play with my son while I got my nails done. They were slow and I was one of maybe 2 or 3 people in the store. But the time she took out of her day to give me a moment to relax was wonderful. Definitely a family friendly place. Could not recommend them enough. Y’all have a life long customer that’s for sure!

I have been to so many nail salons in Macon & this is the most satisfied I’ve been! Mrs Anna did not come to play! She did a fantastic job. I showed her a picture & she did EXACTLY what I wanted. The design is SO cute, she shaped them SO well & she was super sweet. I will most definitely be back & I’m sending anybody who asks right on over there!
