Best of the best. Never try to sell you anything you don't need, run diagnostics for you, tell you the best bang for your buck. AND they even sell a good gun cleaner/lubricant. Love those guys. Only 5 stars because I can't give them 10.

I was having alternator issues while passing through macon on my way back to Florida and a staff member (Randall? or something with an r) a guy with a beard, was super helpful explaining what he thought was going on and gave us advice on possibly driving with this problem.
I ended up driving the 7 hours back to Florida that night while monitoring battery level and made it safe and sound! Thanks again!

In reference to the review on asking employee to put in a CABIN AIR FILTER: I just discussed this item with my mechanic: he said you have to go through the glove box, or through the dash. That's asking too much of the clerk

Quoted part over phone and price was 3x as much when I arrived. Guy said wrong part was looked up when I called. They're friendly if you frequent or you know them but otherwise far from memorable experience

I asked the man to help me put in an air cabin filter. He said he couldn't do that, but the day before they helped me replace an entire headlight. I guess customer service is optional and only when they want to.
