I received the best customer service from Keyla. She was knowledgeable, and nice. I would refer others to Macon Pawn and Gun. They are a little pricey, but the service was great!

I received the best customer service both when I called and visited Macon Pawn & Gun. The ladies that assisted me were:—Emma: she provided me with all the information I needed prior to my visit. She was so nice and clear with what I needed to do to pick-up my firearm.—Keyla: she handled my transfer papers in-store and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process go by quite smoothly and without any hiccups. The entire process was personalized and quite pleasant.I met Emma in-store as well and she was just as nice and polite in person.They can have my business anytime.
