I went to get my gel polish and tips taken off. The person made deep dents on my natural nails with a nail drill. I waited for it to heal maybe but it’s been a couple weeks and the marks they made are still visible. The service wasn’t professional and ended up damaging my natural nails. I haven’t had this problem before.

Ms. Hiaua she was very polite, patient, and she is very creative. She made sure the nails were to my liking and she kept checking throughout my visit to make sure I liked the finished product. I will certainly recommend her to others and I will be back in the near future for additional Services.

Will never go again. Had my nails done on Thursday and Saturday 3 nails broke in half bc the acrylic was really thin and on Monday 3 more broke. So within a week I had 6 nails broken.

I never had a manicure where the side of the nail is cut. i do not mean cuticle, but mail. She did not know how to give a proper manicure. Also, it was an unclean place. Do not try it!

At first I was setting appointments with Vivian and she was great but sometimes she wasn’t so great in her workmanship. So I stop getting my nails done by anyone. Now I went back the other day (6 days ago)but went to see Lynn and this is the outcome. You spend all this money and you want a great experience every time and I feel that I shouldn’t have to keep wasting my valuable time going back for corrections to be made and if you speak up about it; they get an attitude and upset about their quality of service. I am going back to no nails or press on’s…..All the money spent in these nail salons; are we asking for to much.
