Went there to get my car washed and minimum subs came out with no water at all. Subs was still on my vehicle after. They also broke my mirror and they refuse to pay to have it replaced. Yall, do not go to this place. And the vacuums don't work that well either.

This place is not serious about making money. The vacuums show very little sign of life and barely have suction. The rug cleaner does NOT work! The machine to pay to get thru the car wash is often out of service and someone usually has to take the payment. I mean I can go on and on about how terrible this place is. I run a car rental business so I have to use a car wash on a consistent basis. Today I was not able to get my car washed and was told that they have to get a new belt! Like are you serious?! I understand that things happen but why not leave a sign informing customers of this prior to them entering the facility? Why are you even open for the day? Nothing works!!!As a paying monthly customer, I will have to cancel my membership and drive across town to use another company. This is truly sad and a reflection of the poor leadership this company has. Stop running poor businesses or you will go out of business soon! No one will patron your facility. It’s ridiculous really. Both Fountain car wash leave suds on back of vehicle - lot of suds - vacuums on Gray hwy are in poor condition. I did let them know more than once. I will not go back to either

This business is in very poor shape..Half of vacuus do not work, mat cleaner does not work. Soap is never washed completely off my car..I always have to wipe it down..My wheels are not cleaned. The help is lazy. These young men show no initiative..they barely squirt the car off..I have a monthly pass, but this is the last month I plan to use it..I will drive across town now to receive a decent wash!
