This is the worst place ever to get your truck or anything fixed I took my truck to them last year November to have rim lights cab lights and the front end did I got a quote of 6800 i paid 3k upfront he said a week and a half well that turned out to be February when I got my truck back and when I went to the shop after calling and every other week the truck was still not complete so so I let them finish the cab lights and do the Alignment they took 800 off because I ended up doing the rim lights my self note I was told I was getting 3 row rim lights and received some cheap ones well the front end was not done like I was told took it back they charged me another 1500 saying the axle was bent because of the tires and lift paid the 1500 got the truck back it was still doing the same thing talked to the guy who work on the truck told me the axle was never replaced now my truck is back up there for the 4th time I have spent 8k with them just to have this I’m very upset don’t take your vehicle to them you would think after spending that much money they would value they work or customer

Went there to get a quote and was rudely addressed by James. He is very unprofessional. He was very condescending. He comes across as prejudiced/racist. He said it was 30 minutes for the quote but it was over a hour. The price he gave me was ridiculously over priced. It’s no way inflation went from 387$ 10 3900$ . I’m not trying to pay for your Cadillac truck you wife or daughter wants. By the way James I was recording you and your good old boy mentality. I will be posting it on all social media. That wasn’t your first time acting that way that’s why I recorded you .

"BEWARE" if i could give no stars i would, i bought a new almost $3K camper shell for my new $60K truck and ask them before we ever ordered it if they were sure they could install it without doing any damage to my new truck....we were told yes it was not a problem....when the camper shell came in we asked again to be sure they would be sure not to do any damage and when my wife went to get it installed she asked them again to please use some masking tape just for safety, THEY DID NOT...now i have 2 gouges in my paint on both front corners and a scratch on the middle of the bed and they put 2 dent in the bed also while installing. they did pay to have the 2 dents removed ,but there is not really anything i can do about the paint damage on a new truck and the owner should step up and try to make it right with me .. they also installed the wrong clamps to hold it on, and installed them in the wrong places after being told there were slots cut into my duraliner for them to go ,instead they just crushed the edges of the liner and damaged it too from pure ignorance.. , luckily it did not fall off on the ride home and ranch corporate sent me the correct clamps ..if they would have used $1 worth of masking tape as they were asked ,this would have not happened ,even with the idiots they had install it ...then if thats not enough stupidity they drilled a hole in the bed for the brake light wires to go thru and there was already a hole big enough to stick 3 fingers in 2 inchs from the one they drilled and then they left a big bunch of wire connectors bulging out my bed liner, total idiots ,so i had to reroute that so it did not look so bad. they never even asked before they just drilled a hole in a new truck... so if you decide to get them to get a camper shell for your truck, the pictures are after any possible repairs had been done already and you can still see how bad it looks... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DO NOT NEED TO BE INSTALLING ANY CAMPER SHELLS WITH THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE DOING IT. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AS MUCH AS I DO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ......
