Martins on powder springs are charging different then what the menu prices are. I didn't pay it much attention at first until i changed my order and was told a different price once i got to the window. i feel they are suppose to go by the prices advertised on the menu.

Drive thru worker Courtney and her Manager Amber at the Rockmart location are the absolute worst representation of Martins I have ever seen. Absolutely disgraceful, rude, disrespectful and horrendous. Not to mention the food was so old and over cooked it wasn’t edible! Literally showed her a BLACK piece of chicken and she’s like ok and? That looks fine! Where the hell does black chicken look fine? Absolutely appalling! We will continue to don’t the Dallas location from now on!

The Martins on Jonesboro Road is TRASH! Cindy has a horrible attitude. This store blames everything on corporate. Example. “May I have an apple pie a la mode with the ice cream in a separate container so the ice cream doesn’t melt all over the pie”? Corporate won’t let us do that? Huh? Yea ok. We’ll see about that. I understand that ala mode means on top of but if a customer is requesting the 2 be separate, it shouldn’t be a problem. These folks make a fuss about EVERYTHING. They lack customer service skills, they are extremely rude, they make up their own rules and most importantly, they are most definitely not as tasty as they use to be.

I worked for them 35 years ago, and thought highly of their food, service and corporate culture (standards) back then.Now I am convinced they are either Indian owned or just want to act like they are..If they aren't Indian owned yet then they are putting themselves in a great position to be bought by them, and then they can finish their complete descent in dirty, decrepit, obscure service.I have stopped supporting them by wasting my money on their food. In fact I am so happy with them I decided to write this review... Thanks Martins, you guys sure took your eye off the ball.

In life, it is always imperative to watch what you eat as well as eating what you made. I have never heard of Martin until few days ago which explains why they are very small. The first time I walked into Martin's at Norcross, I thought I was walking into a Citgo restroom. The only thing that made it different was the grill in it. You are talking about the most depressed looking human species ever known to mankind. As pitiful as they look, they use their biscuits to draw peoples attention which makes me wonder what they put in their biscuits ? NEVER will I ever go there because it is a health hazard to people. The walls are chipping off, you see black creases on the edges of the walls. Just thinking of it is making my skin crawl.

I am an ex employee. Martins restaurant has a lot going on and it way pass the employees. The management suck. The mangers steal from the safe and blame it on the employees to have them fired. Martins have a terrible pest problem In the stores I have worked.
Roaches and water bugs are a big issue, knowing this- management have not had any pest control ever come in. No ventlations in the rest rooms. Roach nets in ever part of the restaurant.The dishes aren't properly cleaned Or sanitized. Food is handled with out gloves. Cross contamination goes on all day. Outdated food as well as roach and mice feces in dry food areas and Are being served.!
One manger named Jason, belittles elder customers, mocking slow speech and or disabled persons. Talk at and down to employees. Use employees to do their job as the employee think they are getting a promotion and take all the credit of sales improvement. No paid holidays or raises. Everyone hired under different pay for doing the same job and most of the time the are short of help and work the employees 8 hours before a 30 min.,break to meet sales. But once the employees hit overtime, hours are taken away.
The CEO and the certain management have long personal relationships so they will never be fired for steaing and or getting high ON THE JOB.
The employees are treated like slaves. While the higher up sit back and enjoy the stealing time.

Employees are overworked, underpaid; biscuits are awesome; good quality bacon; restaurant itself is filthy as is parking lot; special mention to Mary Rose, employee at the Austell, GA location, who is always super nice to patrons & goes out of her way to make eating there a pleasant experience.

Went to drive thru for lunch today. Sat in line for over 20 minutes to complete the service. was informed no onions to put on hot dogs. Got home with my meal the ketchup put on the hot dogs was soured put the whole in my trash. This location is in need of serious clean up inside & out.

Went in for an interview (Cartersville, Joe Frank) because they seem like they need help, sure I'll help. Until I was told they only pay $9,,,, that's so wrong. She said," he said it's day shift." Guess he is the manager, but $9 hr. Y'all wrong for that little money and need help at that place. Time for Marti s to go bye bye

Martin's on Hwy 5 Douglasville looks as if it could have a rat problem. The outdoor landscape is horrible, grass,plants are in need of cutting bad. Also trash is everywhere, just overall not clean in appearance at all.

Stopped by your Austell Rd restaurant this morning at 615am Went in the men’s room to wash my hands and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while Made me wonder about the rest of the place
