we were in a wreck and this collision center is where we took our vehicle. Our rear end was destroyed including the crash bar. Long and his employees received almost 11k to repair our car. They never called us with any updates or answered any calls. Once we picked the vehicle up, our 2022 Kia telluride had several lights on the dashboard and we were told by Long the owner that it was just sensors. We didn’t believe him and took our car to the Kia dealership where they deemed our car unsafe for collision. The crash bar was never replaced, it was only repaired. We have continuously called and even popped up to the shop to try and have this resolved and have been ignored and treated poorly. Not only do the workers begin to speak in a foreign language while in front of us, but very very very RUDE and nonchalant. Our vehicle still isn’t repaired, the lights are still on the dashboard and we have smaller children who we are now afraid to ride in the vehicle since it’s been deemed unsafe.

Mr Long Phan provided excellent service and explained in detail what the required repair entailed. I will definitely recommend LASC to everyone I know.

Be very cautious, repair shop has a bonafide crook working for them. Dropped my vehicle off for repairs and ironically the day I was supposed to get it back it got “stolenâ€.
