If I could give them no stars I would. Zero customer service. When i walked in the lady at the desk was on the phone so I waved and walked around looking for what I needed. She looked up and didn't acknowledge me. When she was done with her call she walked towards me and still didn't speak. I said "excuse me ma'am" and she continued to ignored me. I went and stood next to the register for 2 minutes before I walked out. I'm very hard to miss, 6'2"and clean cut. I hope this had nothing to do with my main descriptor that I'll just leave blank.

I don't know what the prices are like to be honest. But it is supposed to be a discounted store to buy formal wear. I opened the door and the unbelievable stench of mildew hit me and I left. I'm sure they must know that it smells like that they go into work everyday. This leads me to believe that it is an everyday problem and clearly they have no problem with selling clothes that reeks with the stench of mildew. If this is not the case, then maybe leaving the doors open and a sign explaining the smell.

Rudest customer service! Could barely get help, she kept watching us like we were trying to steal something as we were walking around trying to color match, and then had an attitude anytime we had a question. If we didn't need the suit asap we definitely would've left without making a purchase! Hopefully she was just having a bad day, if not she needs to brush up on how to deal with customers!

If you are going to be closed, it might be a good idea to make sure it is noted on your website, phone or this google page. We drove 45 minutes to patronize this business only to have the door locked.
