We called Breda Pest Management after our existing company decided not to service interior spaces. We are so glad we did. William Y. came out to do the initial visit and talk to us about services offered. William was professional yet very kind, and he answered all of our questions. William came back for the pest service and completed it with a smile. William explained what chemicals (natural also) were being used and where. (We have rambunctious Jack Russells that get into weird spaces chasing bugs, so we were very concerned about any chemicals. He assured us that being natural chemicals once dry they are harmless to pets. ) Our termite techs did a stellar job too. They cleaned up leaves and hauled them away. They did the drill, fill, plug system for the termites, now we won't have to look at ugly "plug" systems. The techs cleaned up behind themselves, they even blew off our driveway ! Both techs showed up ON TIME ! They communicated via text and answered promptly. I highly recommend Breda.

I would like to make mention of the work that was done at property 2732 Randall Street from Travis Richards and crew did an amazing job with handling of closing all holes in and around the property because of the rodent and other crawling creatures that were disturbing to me. Thanks for being very Thorough and efficient through the whole process. Job well done!

Breda got it right and right away! Called when we heard critters in the walls and Breda was there in no time. A quick diagnosis and complete plan eliminated the problem in days. Now that the house is sealed up, the critters are gone and the traps are clear. Nice work and thank you.

I highly recommend Breda. Employees are knowledgeable, professional and polite. Should we ever experience a problem between regularly scheduled treatments, Breda is very responsive and helpful. Excellent customer experience overall.

Our rep, Chris C, was great! He took time to inspect our property and to explain what needed to be done and why. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me and had samples of the materials Breda would use. Very responsive to follow up questions. Highly recommended.

We discovered we had a bat issue and after some recommendations went with Breda. These guys are top notch! I don't know if you can request a crew, but Little Mike, John John, and Cody were the absolute best! I was very impressed by the knowledge and quality of work. I think they really went above and beyond! They even hung a bat house for me (so they can have a place to go other than my attic!)! But absolutely would recommend!

The level of knowledge from the technicians is phenomenal! They assess the issue, take the time to explain it, and attack the problem like it’s their own home. I love this company!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Mike did a great job removing 6 active wasp nests that had developed towards the roof lines of our home. He was prompt and communicated via text throughout his visit (since I was not home). I would highly recommend asking for Mike for any pest issues!

Customer Service is SUPERB!!! We inherited the contract to our new home and had some pest issues. The ladies at Breda handled our issues with ease. They arranged for a technician to come out. (It was Quite a few) But the one that stood out the most to us was “KENNY BARNES”
Phenomenal at his job. Straightforward and to the point. We requested if possible if there’s any more work needed to the house in the future to please send us Kenny.

Our house of 43 years had a Bee invasion and Breda Pest Mgmt took care it for Pat and I.
Taking the recommendation of Verified Home Services ('24 edition) I called Breda Pest Mgmt and their field tech came out the very same day. The outside and inside treatment solved our immediate problem.
When a few Bees showed up a few days later, Breda showed up - again on the very same day of me notifying them - and at no charge - took care of our Bee issue.
It's been almost a month now and NO BEES! I'll be recommending Breda to my friends and family as they did what they advertise, were very responsive, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with; what more could I ask for?

I've been working with a few contractors to get a quote taken for my house. Donna setup an appointment for Friday morning with Jonathan (wildlife). Jonathan calls Thursday afternoon and states he's looked over my property via the web and simply provides a quote without coming to inspesct the property or trying to locate the source of the issue. Advised he would only come out if we wanted to move forward with the service. I've never worked with Breda before and with this experience probably won't. 2 stars because Donna was uber pleasant in the Loganville office but to quote $2,500 & not view the property in person isn't a great practice.
