Very easy to transfer prescription, very fast service, very friendly and polite staff. Definitely better than a Walgreens or CVS! So happy I switched! ?

I wanted so badly to love this pharmacy and initially they were great! But now - my husband went to get a prescription filled and instead of being honest that they would not order the medication they said it was back ordered until the pharmacist finally admitted it wasn’t in his best financial interest to order or sell that medication! We waited for days thinking it would arrive next shipment. Then I tried with a very basic ointment script. Not in stock… and would not bother ordering it until I called around to see if another pharmacy had it to transfer. We will deter friends and neighbors from using them and have transferred all of our prescriptions back to Walgreens which has better hours and has gong about and beyond to help.

Everyone in this pharmacy is awesome I did hit a bit of a rough patch but they helped me out and I am very grateful for that I am a new patient and they made me feel like I had been coming there for years ☺️ they took very good care of me if you need COVID test and a flu shot they have all of that good stuff to keep you Going and healthy and a added Bonus LADIES GUESS WHAT THEY ALSO SELL DRESSES HEAD BANS CLIPS PINS AND THE WHOLE NINE PLZ GO AND CHECK IT OUT CAN YOU SAY AWESOME ????❤️

We love Lithia Springs Pharmacy. I was looking to get away from the big box pharmacies and was delighted to find this gem right in my neighborhood. We've only been customers for a couple years now, but Jason, Teresa, and the rest of the team make us feel like family any time we stop by... literally. My Husband is a Jones, no kin to Jason and his family (as far as we know), but Jason tells me to tell his "cousin" hello anytime I see him and always makes sure to ask how we're all doing. Words can not describe the amazing staff and personalized customer service at this lil hometown pharmacy.

I’m not at all impressed with this pharmacy. First and last time filling prescriptions there. Called to verify a prescription was sent there from my Dr. and one of the staff members (female) told me there was no prescription. Contacted my Dr.’s office and was told a male pharmacist took the prescription on 9/6 but she would call again to verify. I arrive at the pharmacy three days later to be met by a female staff member with a rude demeanor who had no interest in assisting make my purchase who had no answers to any questions I asked. On the other hand the older gentleman was welcoming, nice and courteous, they could certainly benefit from having him run the register and handle all customer interaction. End result my Dr. sent over the prescription on the date they were supposed to , the rude staff member did verify that at least. However the prescription was not filled properly by the pharmacy in terms of amount of medicine. Why I will not return -> Two ball drops plus a staff member who would makes it obvious that merely doing her job is too high of an expectation is where I draw the line.
