After ordering parts online, I realized that I had mistakenly put the wrong engine size for my vehicle and needless to say, I couldn't use the parts. I took the parts back to get a refund; however, despite having both my receipt and the online order confirmation, the two associates that waited on me could not pull up the parts in the system to issue me a refund. Riley was notified and came to offer assistance. Riley was very patient and listened to the problem that I was experiencing, and very politely, along with a great amount of customer service, rectified the situation for me, and was able to issue my refund. Customer service is rare these days and so it's so refreshing to have someone be concerned enough to ensure that your problem is resolved satisfactorily. Thank you Riley, I greatly appreciate you!

I purchased a battery but there was still an issue with the car starting. I assumed that I needed to replace the connectors that attached to the top of the battery so I returned to Auto Zone to buy a pair. The store was incredibly busy on this Sunday but it appeared that the Assistant Manager, Riley had everything under control (assisting customers and guiding associates). He took the time to come out to my car to make sure I was purchasing the correct item when he realized that the screw only needed to be tightened. He went back in, returned with a tool, and tightened the screw for my son and I. You don't really get this type of customer service anymore, but I most certainly did today. Thank you Riley for assisting someone who had no idea what they were doing. Your honesty and attention to detail has left me believing in Auto Zone and the high level of customer service offered! Great job Riley!

This is a late post. I was at the Thornton Road location on Sunday night the 28th during a massive rain storm. After noticing my windshield wipers along with my wife’s windshield wipers needed to be replaced and I also needed a headlight. I came in and was greeted immediately. One of the managers on duty that night, Glenn was very intuitive and knowledgeable. Not only did he find my windshield wipers promptly, he informed me that he would be happy to install them for me. This store has a covered area in front where other cars were parked and he still came out in the rain to install both sets of wipers and the headlight. I ended up running into him today while he was having lunch with his mother, even outside his job he came by and shook my hand and asked me how my wipers were working out. Absolutely wonderful customer service and I will definitely be coming back to this store.

There is a young lady by the name of Tawana and there’s a gentleman by the name of Justin that works on the Thornton Road location they save my life this morning my car would not start because of the battery in the key they didn’t open until 715 I had to walk over there and they open the store for me I just want to say these employees went above and beyond thank you so much to both of them I even offered to do a $20 tip and the lady wouldn’t even take it to me this is outstanding service

Jackson is one of the friendliest and best employees I have seen in an AutoZone! He was very patient with us and he is knowledgeable about items in their store.

Had a very bad experience with an associate. Put on hold and they never returned. Called back and put on hold again never picked up. It's a shame that some bad employees wreck it for a lot of good ones.

Call this location for a set of front brake pads. Employee told me I had to by two boxes. I called him a liar he then said he was teasing. Get to the location and they said they don't have them
