I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple years and AJ in the pharmacy has been consistent with his customer service. He is always pleasant and proactive. He is a gem and should be acknowledged. Thanks AJ!

Horrible service at this location. The pharmacist is rude and will not fill my prescription saying I do not live close enough to the pharmacy. I was referred to this store as the location on Hewatt Road did not have the medication. The challenged pharmacist at Lilburn said he would not fill it as I did not live close to his store.(I live about five miles from the store.) Then the pharmacist hung up on me. Will go collect my Rx and get it filled at another NONWalgrrens store. Seems the pharmacist at the Lilburn/ Lawrenceville Hwy store is not quite right.

Was doing a quick trip in this Walgreens. The young lady in the front was very nice and helpful, i think her name was Daisy (not 100% sure). On the other hand, there was another young lady with tattoos on her arm, i didnt catch her name. She was very mean and bossy with Daisy. Like i was there as a customer, and she was very mean toward Daisy, im not sure how would she treat Daisy if there was no customers in the store. Made me feed very uncomfortable. Daisy 5 stars, girl with tattoo 0 star.

They were moving nonstop. It was a long wait but it wasn’t from lack of effort on their time. Great service though no complaints!!

I order a picture online a 5x7 print, the employee came and told me that she was unable to help me due to her stacking the fridge. I had ordered the picture way before arrival. I'm not sure when or where the training has been done, but it sucks that restocking a fridge is more important than helping a customer. Michelle is a wonderful woman. If it were for her, I would give five stars! Please look for her. She's fantastic.

I want to give a shoutout to Daugison who works in the pharmacy here. He is always so nice and helpful! ... Revised: 9/30/2020 AJ in the pharmacy is also wonderful! He goes the extra mile. He figured out a way for me to save money on a prescription!

The pharmacy manager from last year was soooo much better. I was just treated like a criminal for daring to ask if I could change my refill day to the same day my doctor's appointment exists. Because I have to drive a long way to get to this particular pharmacy all though it is close to where my doctor is. So normally I can swing by both and be done with it. The pharmacy manager grilled me on this. Told me he didn't understand how I could make the drive one day and not the other, then didn't want to hear how my job worked and why my hours can vary a lot. I felt like trash. Like I was some junkie looking for a high. I shouldn't have to provide an account of my weekly schedule to his liking. He told me things like.. If I asked last month he would have said yes (I did and he didn't) that if I had gone STRAIGHT there from my doctor today he would have said yes, and if I ask next month he'd say yes. It doesn't matter I've been using the same pharmacy for the same prescription for five years now. He accused me of asking for exceptions all the time, but admitted I didn't when he actually looked at my history. Also... just in case you weren't aware. The CDC and the FDA is now saying that organizations are hurting patients like me because of their draconian tactics. I am the IT Director/Manager for a software development company that works with some of the biggest and most profitable companies in the world. And having to justify my day to day work schedule and life to a pharmacist with a power fetish is embarrassing, humiliating, and just plain unconscionable.

This Walgreens is located right in front of the gorgeous BAPS Hindu temple in Lilburn between Rockbridge Road and Lawrenceville Highway. This Walgreens is the one I go to the most due to location and convenience. For cheaper, drug store quality makeup, I've stopped by Walgreens. For last minute greeting cards or household necessities, Walgreens is just a stop away. I used to get my prescriptions at Walgreens but because I have Kaiser insurance now and love them so much, they have their own pharmacy. The main reason why I still come to Walgreens is for the photo cards during the holidays. I love that I am able to pick up the finished products in an hour! I've also gotten Instagram frames and photo books printed too. However, the past few times coming, they weren't able to process my special request and had to send to another Walgreens location. Now, I understand if you're not able to do it, thank you for letting me know so I could get another location to do it. Not today. What bothered me is I did NOT get any phone call letting me know. It was 2 hours passed the time for scheduled pickup. There were no customers but at least six workers worrying about Christmas inventory. Mind you, it's close to lunch time now. I submitted my photo order the night prior. Estimated to pick up was 9:25 am. It is now 11:30 AM. Again, common courtesy to call someone if they are expecting their order. You know what bothered me the most? The worker telling me that she worked till 11 pm last night and had to wake up early. I never questioned her work ethics. Just asked how come I didn't get a phone call and if my order would be completed today and she couldn't answer me. I just didn't like her tone with me and I said thank you to her and walked off. I went to the car and called customer service to have my order sent to another location. I don't think I will use this location anymore. That did it. 112/2018
