The staff here talks so much to their customers not realizing that they are holding up the line. 45 mins just to mail a small packet. Their jobs are secure for sure. Lousiest service since 2009.

How are you gonna tell me my mailbox is blocked when I asked what needs to be moved he tells me I shouldn’t have to put my car in reverse to back up and then leave to deliver your mail…. last time I checked Your carrier vehicle has an R on it for reverse you supposed to use it for a reason not all mailboxes you can just pull up to drop mail and keep driving. Tell me what makes sense of what the gentleman told. Plus who still delivering mail at 7:00 at night might need to come to work on time and deliver mail during work hrs and my car may not be at the top of my drive way!!! Not the street my drive way!!!!

If you need your job to be perfectly done, instead of going to any other clerk see Celena. She worked hard when I visited this location today she handled over 10 customers while others couldn’t process a single customer.

Y'all need to get y'all attitudes in check. Mannerisms and body language are already off when you walk inside and then the tone that y'all speak in with an ugly attitude is crazy. Ain't no way I'm coming back here for anything.

This lady, right here, is undoubtedly the most unpleasant individual I have ever encountered in my life. No joke. This place exudes the opposite of cordiality. This lady's work pace is significantly slower in comparison to her colleagues, and it seems like she prioritizes everything else over her primary responsibilities. For instance, when two people, including her, were stationed at the front, and it was her turn to greet guests, she would verbally harass people in line, distract other USPS workers, and leave you feeling utterly worthless. I've been subjected to her guilt trips far too many times, all because of her misuse of authority. It's crucial to be cautious when dealing with this particular worker. Remember your worth and don't allow her to undermine your self-respect. It's best to disregard her and not listen to her ill-intentioned advice. I wish the USPS can do something about this worker, but the chances are nothing will happen despite her irrational behaviors.

I went to this location to send priority mail, I have been told that, they can't find the receiver address on their system.this is because I asked the lady on the counter that if she could check if the address I put was correct.She didn't even tried to help me .But I tried on another location , the address that I put was correct .I don't know why she did that ??.Poor customer service ?.

The worst post office I’ve ever visited! I was in line waiting to be helped by this woman a few weeks ago. The customer in front of me asked if the item she shipped would arrive in time. The female clerk pictured stated to the customer verbatim “Didn’t I just tell you it would get there in 2 to 3 business days”. I couldn’t believe it. Moving on, as I get to the counter an ask for a package drop off receipt, the same clerk proceeds to tell me with a disgusting attitude that I should have used the kiosk in the hallway. This place is terrible! All of these interactions went on in front of the male manager and he didn’t say a thing. I will never go back to this location. All of the other reviews regarding poor customer service are 100% true. Sadly, USPS won’t make any changes because no one wants to work for them and finding reliable talent is a struggle these days.

I was in the post office today at around 2:50 p.m. 6-28-2023.There were three people behind the desk, but only one lady was working. The lady that was working had a short silver hair cut. She was very pleasant. The other two women were carrying on a personal conversation that had nothing to do with the mail or packages while the other lady did all the work! I waited on the employee who was working to finish up with a customer before me before I could be served. I asked her who can take me, she said either one of us can. I told her I preferred to come to her. The women kept talking!!! There was no one else in the post office when I was there. This is disgusting. Why are they behind the desk, if they are not going to work? Why are they there if they are going to ignore the customers on purpose? Please do not leave the employees alone, most of them can not be trusted to do what they are getting paid to do, WORK! Layoff should be taking place right now. Keep the older employees, they will work. In addition, the next time this happens, I will record it on my phone.

This lady right here was very RUDE! Did not even greet me! I simply just wanted to ship an item then she proceeded to laugh at me while I walked away just because I did not know the process of shipping. That was very unprofessional and that is not how you treat your customers. Instead of laughing how about we help our customers out when we do not know something. I added her picture just to let management know this is what who is representing them.

The worst customer service ever.They are real haters starting by the manager. I was there today for a passport appt. When I walked in I told one of the employees that I was there for a passport appt. She cut me off and yelled to step on the back corner. After waiting for 45 minutes, she finally called my daughter's name. Only to claim that my daughter's name was not on her list... I explained her that I had no idea why she did not had her name on the list but since we had already waited 45 minutes and we had all form already filled out as well as the passport pictures, money order and all required documents she had only one person waiting in line to please take ud and she refused very rudly. I asked the manager and he procceded to tell me that I will have to come back another day. They hate their job and they are very rude especially tours latino ppl. I saw them been rude only to latino ppl while I was waiting.

Update: the postal driver that just delivered my mail decided to slam into my trash can with her truck knocking it over. She then she just drove off like it wasn't her problem or her fault. The trash can was nowhere near my mailbox, nor was it in the path to get to my neighbors mailbox. I wish I could give this post office and it's employees a rating of less than 1 star.Original: The worst post office I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. 2 weeks now my roommate has had a scheduled pick up from them, they keep refusing to even try and pick up the package, the package that's been sitting in the open on the front porch. They routinely lie and say they attempted to deliver my packages but couldn't "access the location" yet the rest of the mail gets delivered for the day. I hope they get fully defunded.
