Rude, unprofessional staff! Had a pickup order, sign on door said dining closed - only mobile and pickup orders and doors were unlocked. Drive-thru line was long. Went in and there was 1 person waiting. I assumed they had a mobile order, didn't appear to be a delivery driver. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone behind the counter...there were 4 people that I could see. Then someone yells, "drive-thru only"! I said "I have a UberEats pickup". Then she goes on a rant about how they are short staffed and not robots! They can't work the drive and the counter at the same time. She then said she can't believe "these" people and told another worker to lock the doors. Well it was obvious to me that I needed to cancel this order and move on to the next or end up in a squad car! I decline all orders from this location now and will never stop there for any personal meals. I go to Bojangles now! Corporate needs to fire everybody at this location and start over!

Make sure you ask for a receipt. If you don't the "manager" will argue with you and call the cops because you want a refund. You may have a 100 on your health score but a ZERO for the professionalism of the management. Told me I HAD to bring back all the sauce packets I was given in order to get a refund. Who is even running this place? I asked multiple times if she was the GM then she got frustrated and said she was the MOD. I love Popeyes chicken but will never go back to this location. Qith church's and bojangles right up the street, ID rather give them a try. And I'd really like if the franchise owner could contact me about this situation please.

Great customer service! Drive-thru line moves. Food is good! My son loves their popcorn shrimp. Did you know you can order the number on the menu as a dinner? I did not know that. I'm not a big soda drinker, so knowing this helps me out alot. Great place!

Horrible attitudes... Got the wrong order.. went back to get it redone even though they never gave us a receipt, was blamed that we were lying about everything all because we had a sense of humor.. were charged for each condiment that we order fyi for a family chicken tender meal. She refused to give us the copy to our receipt so that I can contact the franchise owner. So we just wanted our meal back and she threw our meal in the trash instead. Forgot to bring the sauces with us and said if we wanted the original receipt bring back the sauces. I think this woman who was MOD is a pathetic excuse for a human being and whoever hired her should be ashamed. If Popeyes allows people like this to represent themselves, I have NOTHING to do with any of them. So i am now out of 40 dollars and no receipt because she didn't want to give it to me. So now I'll dispute it through my card.

So I would give 4 stars but not receiving sauce that I asked for 2x nor my boyfriend's side was very disappointing and made it where I refused to eat my food cause I was so upset that I gave him my side and gave him my nuggets to have for lunch the next day. Really sweet employees but this just tells me to continue cooking my own food no matter how tired I an from working

This place is the worst!!!! I just went here waited 45min in drive through and finally put my order in for 5 piece chicken fingers meal with a flounder sandwich add reg mash and reg rice and beans..... what I got a LG fries that are cold and nasty and 3 biscuits flounder sandwich and mash and rice and beans. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to anyone who enjoys this place. It will literally make u hate it. Needless to say I'm never ever giving this place another dime! The workers are rude. They posted on the window to ask for ur receipt???? And if u don't have a receipt they don't give refunds or exchanges only through management approval! Wow what a disaster ?

Drive thru line always extremely long and very slow. If you go inside you never know whether they’re taking cash or card. So have both on hand. And you never know when the inside will be open. And they push the issue of wearing a mask but hardly any of the staff are wearing the mask correctly.

The Drive thru was so awesome. The southern style here is super real at this location. I had the pleasure of meeting a nice sexy gold teeth Miami drive thru worker. He was fiiiiiiine. Lol.... the chicken tastes soooooo good I went an took my mama the same day to get her own shrimp. I was not sharing. Great team an location I've been to. Thank God for popeye's

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. My son paid for the food online and waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to pick up his order. He got to the window and the MANAGER turned off the light and said we are closed at 9:50pm. The restaurant was not scheduled to close until 10:00pm. I understand them getting ready to close but not take time to go to the window and answer a question is unacceptable. He just wanted to ask if he could pick the order up the next day. For a "manager" she was horrible and DON'T deserve the minimum wage raise at all. Do better Popeyes with who you choose to manage your locations. I wish it would let me post her picture for everyone to see.

I'm convinced that all Popeyes have terrible service, this location included. I've been here several times and with each trip something is wrong with the order. The folks here have a hard time listening and comprehending.

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Store opens late everyday and cashier agents are rude with NO “home training”! MGT makes poor decisions, which impacts the entire fast-food customer relationship.

12-21-21The drive-through line was incredibly long. There's no dine in service..I only got 2 sides.1 large red beans and rice and small macaroni and cheese..When I got home there was one macaroni and cheese and 1 large potatoes and gravy. They swapped it for my red beans and rice.After the long wait and no dining service, it was just not worth it to go back.Macaroni and cheese was just OK, Chick-fil-A is much better

I had the Chicken sandwich which was terrific as usual. I wanted to write a review because the speed of the team was quite faster than I have experienced in the past. The food came out fast and was quite good. So kudos to the team there!

Customer service is leaves a lot to be desired. I’m sure the staff really are doing their best. Also a bit curious if they would be satisfied with the SAME level of service on which they perform?

The nuggets were fresh and really good BUT my chicken sandwich.....Absolutely not. Maybe the worst sandwich I've ever had. This is my second bad sandwich at this location. Don't get the sandwich. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant.
