I came in to move my dad’s number from his old phone to another phone. Erika was extremely friendly and professional and was able to get me and my dad out quickly. She knew what she was doing. She was great. I really appreciate her service and professionalism.

The customer service agent Nalleli is very friendly and professional and it was a long line in the store and she was effective at keeping the line moving effectively I enjoyyed my experience here I recommend this location.

Owner is a thief, lies about the phones. She told me that a certain phone was ready to use in a different country and that was not the truth. Went back to confront her about it and told me that she never said such thing. She said that the more expensive phone was the correct one when that is not what she said when I bought it. She has done this to multiple people just to make a sale. I would avoid this store bc she'll definitely steal your money. Owner is a European lady that speaks Spanish, the other Hispanic employee is very honest.

Went in to ask for help the guy was rude and would not let me speak about my problem even though I called customer service earlier and told him what they had told me and he told me to go to corporate. He didn’t even try to help just a lazy worker not willing to do any work. Worst customer service!

Went here for help with transferring files from my phone to my SD card and help with backing up my files to Google. Instead, the guy that helped ended up DELETING a large file I had ALL my videos in! Videos of my grandmother, who has recently passed. Those videos are gone forever. I don't know, it may sound crazy for me to think this, but, if you work in a cellphone store, you should know how to operate the phones that are being sold in said store.
