BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in town believe me! The manager Melanny was so helpful and patient with me. She did me the favor of transferring carriers so easy for a old fellow like myself. She explained everything detail by detail and also helped me transfer all my apps, contacts and pictures to my new phone. She explained the difference between every device and recommended me the phone she thinks best suits me. Though the store was pretty busy she was still very patient with me and continue to have a positive attitude throughout the whole transaction. If you decide to come to this location I recommend you to deal with Melanny. I promise you will love her and she will take good care of you just like she did to me. Thank you Melanny you are the best. Cricket you got a good one here!

Honestly, I went to another cricket store and the girls there didn't know anything about phones and they really didn't know how to serve people. I went to this place and it was the opposite. Miss Melanie treated me with so much tenderness. The lady was very kind, very polite about each of the telephones. He did me the favor of transferring all my data to my new phone. I don't know about you but I'm always going to come to this cricket and I really recommend all people do the same. thank you very much melanny you deserve it all

Arturo is the District manager and told me 30 minutes ago he would be at the plaza fiesta location in 10 min. I went to the lilburn store. The girl there (Erica) knew nothing. I just needed a SIM card to activate my google pixel 6a. She said she cant sell it to me. She tried activate by simply sticking in sim card and after 5 sec said its not compatible even though its an unlocked google pixel 6a which says on their website that it's compatible. She called her DM, Arturo, and he pretty much knew he had an incompetent associate but tried to say it might not be compatible. Now im stuck with a phone i cant do anything on- cant even power off due to her removing the sim card the way she did. Arturo said I could drive to the plaza fiesta location 35 min from my house to see if he could help (activate it). I shouldn't have to drive to a specific location to activate it. I just needed to get a sim card and do it myself but Erica said her district manager won't let her sell it to me. .Arturo said hes at the plaza fiesta location but nobody answers the phone

Alexandra and Miguel were like trained surgeons. Their customer service was beyond stellar. They calmed my nerves and took care of the problem. These people are the future. And the future is bright for them. These employees are an asset to Cricket.

Talk about GREAT customer services and willingness to help, Elena & Eric? were Awesome :) They are always there with a smile and even though I had a horrible experience online and even calling the customer service - Going into a store and being greeted with willingness to help and understanding actually turned out better. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, to be honest. Thank you Elena again...

Outstanding service I have never been in the store and have not left a satisfied customer I get the Ultima‘s in compliments to Eric and Alayna. No matter how much the handful I can be they always have aces see to it that I get complete customer satisfaction when I walked in the door for what I wanted to accomplish. I highly recommend if you live in a Lilburn area or anywhere come to this cricket!
