Called on a Saturday to have a condenser flushed. They said to bring it on in and they would try to have to done same day. Which they did. Awesome knowledgeable people. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about these guy's integrity. I brought them a project that turned out to be a lost cause. Regardless of how much time they spent on it, they didn't charge me anything. From start to finish, it was amazing service. Matt and I spoke. I explained my situation and that I was 6th generation mechanic and my son was 7th. I knew what was wrong, but I just didn't have the equipment to fix it. With that being said, they did do an inspection on it all just in case. I told them I trusted what they found and would fix whatever. They did not try to add more than what was needed.
Which I was very happy with. Matt was wonderful and had an estimate for me the same day. They worked with me on when I could get my truck in, and it was finished when I was told it would be. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. I would recommend them to everyone I could! It is very hard in these times to find an honest business, and they DEFINITELY are!

I would give 10 stars if I could. This isn't my first time having Sims do work for me. I have been consistently impressed with Sims' quality of work, customer service, and turnaround time. Every employee I have interacted with has been friendly and polite. Màtt's strong communication skills are complimented with a great sense of humor. Thanks Sims.

I'm not in Georgia any longer but Sims has taken care of multiple radiators for me for a more than fair price and extremely quick turnaround. I wish there was an equal in North Texas.

My radiator went out on my Jeep, I had it towed to Sims to be replaced, Matt communicated with me throughout the whole time my vehicle was there. The price was fair, they are 100% honest and respectful and reliable. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

I have used Sim’s in Lawrenceville for 7 years now to repair radiator on my 1937, 1944,1948, and 1954 radiators and especially gas tanks. In most cases there were any options to keep the radiators and tanks original. Yet they found a way to repair and restore my tanks. In the case of a side mounted tank for my 1948 international dump truck they completely fabricated a new tank! Highly and strongly recommended!

Matt is awesome! I needed my radiator repaired and brought it to Sims, Matt was very transparent and honest from the start. My radiator could not be repaired so we had to get a new one. His prices are within reason compare to a lot of other places. Very reasonable, customer friendly, manner-able person. Thank you for your service!
