I bought my first koi fish here back in June. Staff has been a huge help answering questions. Anyone just starting out with their pond, I recommend using the pond maintenance & service until ready to handle on your own.

My new favorite location for cacti and other succulents! I ordered online for the first time and received my shipment quickly. All the plants look healthy and beautiful. I only wish I lived close enough to visit the physical location. Will definitely be ordering again!

Spent good amount of money, over an hour trip 2 weeks ago to buy water plants. Since then 2 of the plants have wilted away. Was told they had lifetime warranty. Was just told no they don't warranty them, that maybe they will come back next year.

I have visited this place twice this week and I have planed on coming back next week to purchase some more plants. All staff members are awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. They offered assistance when they saw me pulling the cart while looking at other beautiful plants. I will tell my friends and relatives to shop at this place whenever they need to buy plants for their garden.

Have been shopping with David for many years. His customer service is next to none, honestly. His knowledge of the inventory and plants is vast. I have had a few issues pertaining to filter or pump issues over the 5-7 years I've been koi keeping and every time, david always pulls through for me. I look forward to taking my business here fir years to come.

My wife and I visited Randy's Nursery in Lawrenceville earlier today. It was a great and wonderful experience. This place has a variety of plants and flowers that you don't normally see in other places. All the employees we interacted with were very courteous, helpful, and professional. It's a "Wow" nursery that I encourage anyone who has a taste for distinguished plants, flowers, fish, etc., to visit, and you won't be disappointed. We absolutely enjoyed our visit. We visited last weekend and were so impressed by the selection. They have a ton of variety and their houseplant section is very impressive, they had a lot of things I've never seen before. They also have an excellent selection of outdoor plants and succulents. The water garden stuff and fish were fun to look at as well. Staff was very helpful, too.

I had this very uncomfortable interaction with a sales associates the other day who was checking guest outside. I like this place but it was a hispanic male and a (I am not sure what she is) young girl checking out guest outside. She was rude talking about all the guest and even decided that she didnt want to see if my flowers was listed under the warranty. She has a nasty attitude so much so a women with children had to give her the side eye for her attitude. I had to raise my voice and ask her was checking with other staff via the walkie talkie was going to be a problem. The guy just nervously laughed as I think he was shocked at her behavior . She doesn't need to work there and I am happy to remove this should she be gone

Great nursery and pond supply shop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We have purchased both garden and aquatic plants from them. They have a great koi pond and tank and tanks of various gold fish and koi. They are planning to move at the end of the year up the road.
