OMG!!! I have been going to this rainbow for a while now.. I had some surgeries so hadn’t been able to make my way there in the last few months but what a big difference and turn around!!! It’s cleaner more organized and the now store manager was so helpful!! From greeting me when I walked in to helping me from start to finish…. Customer service just amazing…

❌ Do not shop at this store. I get it, it's Rainbow, not Saks Fifth, but there that does not rectify managements attitude or incompetence.This store charged my card 4 TIMES without my authorization. I was supposed to be billed ONCE.Firstly, the store doesn't even have the correct phone number listed on the receipt. They also do no have the correct phone number online. Then when I called and spoke with the "manager" Monique, she had an attitude and she insisted that my BANK CHARGED ME AND NOT THEM, which was a lie. She argued me down about this. So, I called my bank and they verified that it's not possible to push ANY charge through unless RAINBOW initiated it.Then I called corporate which is a joke as well. Monique then lied and said that my first transactions didn't go through, which is why I was charged 4 times which is a lie and it doesn't make any sense at all because it it didn't go through then I wouldn't have been charged 4 TIMES! Then to top it off, the merchandise was defective and had holes in it and I cannot even wear it. I am very disappointed in the lack of service and their inability to figure out a very small issue. You get what you pay for, I will never shop at Rainbow again!

It has always been my favorite store. but the woman who helped me yesterday at the checkout was rude, she didn't say hello or say goodbye at all, charging for each item of clothing with a bitter face, what a horrible experience, they put happier staff so that you feel good when it comes time to arrive, she doesn't know If she was the manager, she had all the keys, I kept quiet, it's a shame that I don't know English because I saw her say that I wasn't there stealing or asking for gifts so that she would have that bitter face.

Almera was super helpful. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for but she took her time to find exactly what I need. Also Tammy was a big help with finding the dresses... that I could actually slip into lol. Visit and ask for them both!!

They have a worker named Tammie that always helps me when I come into this location. She has such a wonderful personality and doesn’t mind going above and beyond to make sure all of my questions was answered while I shopped at this location. I know I was asking her to get a lot of items down but she didn’t have a problem with it and did it with a smile. You don’t really find good customer service representatives anymore I feel but Tammie is definitely a gem in todays customer service field. I will definitely recommend anyone to come to this location to shop. Love this location compared to other locations around due to the good customer service provided every time I come in by Tammie.

The system was down yesterday we shopped and just when we were ready to check out we weren't able to use our credit card nor could I return an item that needed to be returned in 7 days. I called today to see if the systems were working. I called 3x no one answered the phone. On yesterday they acted as if they didn't want to be at work and the customer service was terrible. Everyone looked like they sucked on lemons all day. The clothing was on point as well as the choose selection.

Terrible location. You cannot try things on in store and you cannot return without receipt even with tags on. The store is a rip off terrible customer service . Can’t even get store credit smh
