Just walked out of the store due to me standing at the cash register ready to check out and no one came. There is an an employee who looked directly at me and then moved the ladder to a different location. However, he continued to do what he was doing. No one acknowledged I was there. I left the items on the counter and left.

Unfortunately, their print shop is not prepared whatsoever. A couple machines are not working. Their cutter machine is not working. Waste of time coming here today.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service! The staff showed no interest in assisting us. We used to frequent this place because of its friendly and helpful staff, but after this experience, we have no intention of returning.

Today I was assisted in printing by Jesse. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I also greatly appreciate the great recommendations he made when it came to the items I need printed. Thank you for all your help!

Came to buy a few things for my store. Went to look at a printer drum and an employee walks up behind me asking if I need help. When I said I'm looking something up on my phone he stands there wanting to know I'm looking for. I find the model number and do my best to explain the part. He uses his phone to figure out what it is, then tells me they don't carry it. Cool no big deal. Then he tells me they are locked up and when I seen the price I said no thanks I'm not spending that much of my own money for my job. He then follows me all the way up front till I get to the register to pay for what I mainly came to get. As someone who works in customer service his people skills definitely need to be worked on. And the very obvious profiling that was going on has definitely ensured that this $11.56 purchase will most definitely be the last one ever.

Jesse was absolutely amazing when i was there last week. I needed a new gaming chair ASAP for my son’s 20th birthday and he knew just what i was looking for. He was very insightful and helped me make the right decision. If ANYONE, especially us hispanic folk, needs help, Jesse is the one to ask. Jesse helped me carry the box out to the car without me even asking him to. A modern gentleman. I tried to invite him over for some baked sweets, but he said that he couldn't leave during his shift. But that is my only complaint. I dont often leave reviews but Jesse was worth it. I wish my son could learn a lesson or two from him. I will be sure to recommend all my gals to this store. I will also bring sweets over here for Jesse.

This is a beautiful store. I loved it at first but the guy that works here started acting irritated and upset because he felt I was bringing in too many returns and pre-labelled items as a part of a charity event. I was helping out with.
