After going through the wash, I waited over 30 minutes before anyone started to clean the inside of my vehicle. I will not be back. After 50 minutes, my car was finally done. There were several spots missed on the interior. Very poor service and will never get my business again.

Decided to try them for a hand wax on a car I just got. Carlos and Q did a phenomenal job! Paint had some issues when I got it and they put extra effort into making it look better than I thought was possible!

Always great service!!! I had a monthly membership but didnt really use it. It’s still the cleanliest and friendly car wash I have ever been to.

BEST CAR WASH AND DETAIL PERIOD! Thanks to the General Manager Ken and team for bringing my baby back to life. Carlos and Josh did a phenomenal job and their attention to detail is top tier. I am thoroughly impressed with the work these gentlemen did on my car, from the wax to the ceramic coating. I will be back! They now have a customer for life! Thanks Guy!

So pleased with the staff and experience at Mr. Clean of highway 316! We had a truck in need of a detail. We wondered how they could ever make it look decent, and they didn’t disappoint. Props to Kristoff, Maria, and Q for all the hard work we know you put in.

I love this Mr. Clean they do an amazing job. The staff is awesome, specifically Kristoff the manager, he’s always courteous and professional. Sevy is the real superstar there though, I look for her all the time when I come there because she really pays attention to detail and she’s fast. Keep up the great work.

Horrible experience , cancelled my membership . Back bumper ripped off during wash nobody has called me back for repairs !!! Manager just taped it back on

The machines in the car wash were very rough on my car and when I was using the self service vacuum a bunch of kudzu bugs came and now my car and everything in it is infested with them even days later. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you don’t want your car becoming dirtier than when you brought it.

Very Disappointed
Paid for Platinum Wash and to my surprise, my back row was not vacuumed nor were the seats. I thought this would have been done, and I did not inspect my vehicle upon retrieving it. Also I only had wheel shine on driver side … REALLY!!!! I will not be returning. Disappointed. Dissatisfied.
