I WOUL GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STAR IF POSSIBLE. THIS GUY HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND RACIST.. TOOK MY MONEY AND RESFUSED TO COMPLETE SERVICE. ON THE COMPUTER EVEN AFTER WEEKS OF COMPLAINTS, INSTEAD HE DENIES AND BRINGS A RACIAL DIMENSION INTO THE MATTER . I OWN A BUSINESS AND I KNOW THIS IS 1000 TIMES WRONG. THIS GUY IS A FRAUD. This place was my saving grace!! I have a 2016 MacBook Pro that randomly started having multi colored lines throughout the screen. I originally took it to Apple and they recommended not fixing it due to its age or if I did want to fix it then it was going to be an absurd amount of money (just a way to make money no thanks Apple). With the care I know I have given this MacBook I believed it has much more life to it so I called around and finally landed on this place who had the most caring man who gave me great insight and information on the issue he worked diligently AND he charged half of what Apple was going to charge!! He also cleaned my whole computer which was amazing. Thank you!!! I will definitely be sending people who need any electronics fixed to him!

This place was my saving grace! Broke the screen on my MacBook and apple wanted more than twice what this place charges to fix it. Also, the man who I think owns it is absolutely lovely, very patient and kind. They finished my laptop even quicker than expected. Also, the store is great inside. Some very fun tech and decor, like the UV Light pen-sanitizing tray. You can just tell this is a business of passion with an intent to be fair and serve this community. Very rare find for any business these days. Something broken? Call them now. They also sell laptops at very competitive prices.Ok enough said. Just so glad this place exists in my community

We are so grateful to have found Lucent Computer! Sam and Al are extremely professional and courteous! They gave us a very good price on the replacement of the battery for my MacBook Air, then they still went over and above to assist me with other improvements to the machine. Sam researched some special requests for me and communicated extremely well. This was all done efficiently and completed more quickly than promised.We will definitely continue to utilize Lucent Computer in the future and will recommend you to others looking for honest, competent service. I had a serious issue with my iMac Pro (my own making) and these fine people did their best to give me every option available and the information needed to make a good decision. The communication throughout the process was excellent and it's safe to say that out of this experience I found a place I can trust and highly recommend if I ever have computer issues in the future.

I will not take my MacBook anywhere else! Al and the other staff at Lucent were able to fix my Mac for 1/3 of the price I was quoted at Apple after a really bad liquid spill and did an incredible job. They even threw in a set of free speakers. They are super nice, quick to respond with updates on their progress and honest. Don’t waste your time with apple and come straight here!

Very positive conversation with Al, I have a 1000 Watt PSU, I wanted to have tested, because I didn't have a spare, meters or a test kit, It would be a standard $40 diagnostic before the work is done then a quote if needed for the repair if its repairable.

This place offers friendly and competent service!I've come here for repairs all of my computers and phone issues since 2016.The service is always extremely friendly and they take the time to talk to each customer and address all their questions or concerns.

Had a positive experience with this establishment as usual. They repaired my Dell desktop at minimal cost. The owner worked extra hours to get my issue fixed at no additional cost to me. I was thus able to meet a critical business deadline. My system is running like new. Will, again, highly recommend Lucent Computer.

Hands down the best Mac/MacBook repair service. Quick, professional and thorough. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Gave me a fair estimate for my Mac liquids damage right in the spot and fixed it on the same timeframe. These guys know their Mac’s. Highly recommended.

Sam moved the contents of my aging Toshiba laptop to a new Lenovo. Flawless migration.He also setup wireless printing from our iPhones here at our home to our printers.He seems genuinely interested in helping us and is as courteous as you find the great folks at Chick-fil-A :)
