I went in to pick up a prescription for my daughter and was told her insurance was inactive, However after I got home I realized I had paid for 3 medications for myself that I refused to get a few weeks ago as they weren’t needed . I went back to a refund due to the fact this was a mistake on their end and was met with nothing but attitude and also refusal of a refund . They also tried again to say my daughter’s insurance was inactive until I showed them her Medicaid card and they looked it up correctly . I was completely disregarded and made to feel as if the mistake was my fault. No accountability whatsoever and no compassion. Will not ever come back to this location . She looked at the screen numerous times to run the insurance and never once noticed she had the wrong name even after getting the medication and scanning for me to pay. That’s dangerous to be so incompetent dealing with people’s medication. I took the bag with the medication in it and when home because I trusted they knew what they were doing and was penalized for it. I feel like the mistake was obvious and an adjustment could have been made but instead was met with advice on what I needed to do better or differently. Extremely disheartening.

The worst thing is the self check out. The machines are old and don't work well. if I have to work for them, at least they could make it convenient.

I have shopped at this store since the day it opened. I have never had any complaints but today I was in the LONG self checkout line, which I am used to, and a young Kroger clerk came up and cut in front of everyone and went to a checkout spot. I understand that she MIGHT be on a lunch break, but she never even hesitated and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I tried to find a manager to at least air my complaint, but that was fruitless. I was not going to name her or throw her under the bus, but I would think that their training would include that CUSTOMERS have priority. I am NOT a "Karen" but the optics of this were very negative.

By far the worst experience, Saturday 7pm they are under staffed and had kids on the floor complaining while bagging then walking away while customers awaiting in line. Had to bag $300+ worth of groceries myself. No idea where their ethics, manners and reason for employment went with these people. Terrible attitudes beyond words can describe.Frozen aisle for pizza has huge stands in the middle of the aisle, 2 carts cannot get through.

Y'all, this is my normal Kroger & I am soooo sad!! This WAS the go-to 7 yrs ago. Today, not so much! Did I get what I needed, YES! Was it warm & fuzzy, NO- don't need that at 8:30 AM, but what I DO NEED is a well-stocked, clean store that I don't have to feel like I am in a freaking maze to get around random objects left behind by (seemingly) lazy employees...Just look at the pics & count the number of crap I had to work around... rediculous!!Coupons used to be mailed each week- not any more! Loyalty means nothing. Their CASH BACK on the App never is accurate & the wifi at this Deen Crossing location is a JOKE!! Can't check the app or get any signal in this store AT ALL- SO FRUSTRATING!!!!Anyway, I am at Walmart if you have questions!!Can't do this anymore!!!!!

Absolutely awful!!!!!! They misread the prescription and blame their error on the Dr. I pointed out that the Dr had the correct note (take 45 units each day) and she was using the WRONG measure. Each vial has 3 ml, which is 300 units. She read the Dr. prescription as 45 ml, not units. She had 15 boxes as my Rx. She told me my insurance was demanding the Dr. confirm. I told her he wont, because SHE GOT IT WRONG. She refused to agree and told me I was wrong. Nice. Good service. I will NEVER go back to this hole ever again. She is one among MANY at this location who lack the proper understanding, care, concern, attention and ability to correctly fill prescriptions. This place is a joke. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. You will get better service at lower prices.

We moved recently and I was happy to find this store, 4 min away from my house. I had a great service experience with the baking department that went above and beyond to satisfy my request. Cannot say the same thing about the Starbucks employee who didn't even bothered to say good morning back to me when I placed my order. Kroger gets a minus for allowing these rude people on their premises.

Every time I think this pharmacy can't get any worse it does. I called on Thursday about a prescription refill they said it would be ready on Friday. I was going out of town for the weekend and wasn't able to pick up until Tuesday afternoon. When I got there they never process the prescription and I had to wait.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve experienced in my life!!! The people are nice BUT they mess up my prescriptions every single time !!! I switched from another Kroger a few months ago because this was closer to my house and I do all my shopping there. EVERY month they fail at refilling my script in a timely manner and I have to go days without. They text you and say its ready but you show up and it’s not . They tell you shop and come back but it’s still not ready . Come back 2

The people in this pharmacy are awesome. They go above and beyond to help you with your medical needs. They go the extra mile. Always kind and compassionate. I prefer this pharmacy above all others due to their massive care for their patients. Big shout out to Johnny! Thank you for all you have done for me over the many years I have been doing business with you!
