10/10 recommend this place!!!
I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!

I was trying to come here but I needed the info on tires and price. Guy said yeah yeahhhh go ahead all the way in the back.. I'm not there in calling for price, yeah yeah go back there.. hangs up.. yeah no thanks I'll go elsewhere lol

Byron helped me replace my bumper for my Corolla. The service was quick (3 days) and the work was fantastic. He was quick to respond to my quote and kept me updated whenever the insurance company reached out to him. It’s hard to find honest people in this industry so I recommend Byron’s shop to anyone.

My 2002 Lexus gs300 needed the rear bumper repainted. I took it to the first 5 star reviewed auto repair shop. The place is called auto collision repair near down town lawrenceville. The owner came outside and he seemed extremely unmotivated to help me. He told me it was a waste of money to repaint such a old car and that I should fix the car mechanics first. He assumed my car was not running good. My Lexus has zero problems but he wouldn't have known that. He gave me quote and gave me his card and walked away. The next day I came to Kars auto paint and body shop. Byron the owner quickly got me a appointment and did the job for cheaper. The color match was perfect and the Lexus now looks like it did when it came off the lot 20 years ago. Thank you Byron for helping me out. I appreciate you and your business!!!!!

Recently we had our Lincoln taken in to get fixed… the door was dented, the paint all around was scratched, and Byron did a good job! The paint was buffed, waxed, the dent was gone, the car looks like brand new! Definitely recommend going to him!

I give this place 10 out of 10, I got into a accident a in May of 2023 and I took my car here, they were amazing everytime I called they told me what was going on with my car yeah it took a month to get my car but it wasn’t there fault they worked with me and they told me everything they didn’t hide nothing which was perfect. So I recommend this place for anything!!!!! Thank you again for fixing my car and being so amazing!!!Services: Auto body & trim repair

Byron and his team did an excellent job on my 2019 Ford Escape after I was hit from behind. They replaced lift gate and bumper among other things. Looks great now and was a very fast turnaround. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I SPENT MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HAVING MY CLASSIC CAR REPAINTED AT KARS. THAT WAS IN NOVEMBER LAST YEAR.THE JOB THEY DID WAS SO LOUSY, I COULD HAVE PAINTED IT MYSELF WITH SPRAY PAINT AND DONE BETTER.THREE MONTHS AFTER IT WAS PAINTED THE PAINT HAS SPIDER WEBS APPEARING IN MANY SPOTS. IN ONE SPOT ON THE REAR END ABOVE THE PAINT ACTUALLY SPLIT. THE PRICE INCLUDED MINOR BODY WORK, INCLUDING INSTALLING NEW DOOR HANDLES, MY PASSANGER DOOR WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY WITH HUGE GAPS BETWEEN THE TRIM PANEL AND THE DOOR. HE OVER SPRAYED THE RUBBER TRIM AROUND MY WINDOWS, AND SPRAYED MY $2000. EXHAUST STAINLESS STEEL MUFFLERS RED. HE DID NOT DO THE BODY WORK AS PROMISED AND DID NOT TAKE THE ENGINE HOOD OFF AND PAINT THE UNDERESIDE AS AGREED. I EVEN ROMOVED ALL THE TRIM THAT I COULD TO MAKE HIS JOB EASIER AND NOW I HAVE TO SPEND MANY THOUSANDS MORE HAVING IT REPAINTED BY A PROFESSIONAL. BYRON IS A LIAR, A GREAT TALKER BUT THAT'S IT. IF I HAD NOT PAID HIM IN CASH I WOULD HAVE ASKED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO LOOK AT MY CAR AND REQUEST HE NOT GET PAID.MAACO WOULD AND HAS DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB FOR THOUSANDS LESS. I EVEN PAID HIM AN EXTRA 500.00 CASH FOR ANOTHER LAYER OF CLEAR COAT AND THE FIRST TIME I TOOK IT TO THE CAR WASH, THE ENTIRE CAR WAS SWIRL MARKED.TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, HE SANDED USING THE WRONG GRIT SAND PAPER AND YOU CAN SEE SANDPAPER MARKS IN MANY SPOTS. NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER LET KARS PAINT YOUR CAR UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO HAVE IT REPAINTED BY A PROFESSIONAL AND AN HONEST PERSON, BYRON IS NEITHER.
