Took my 2020 Lincoln Corsair in for Brakes and rotors where I was told by another place it was going to be almost $600. They took very good care of me for way less!!
Paul did my good. Great guy took care of me in one day. Very Pleased.

By far the most skilled mechanics around. Been going to another location on Rosebud in Grayson near Kroger and Bruster’s that I won’t name and come to learn most all of their parts are ‘after market parts’ that were causing me continuous trouble and money over time. They essentially punted my issue so I had to find some REAL mechanics. Went to see Mr. Gann and got me fixed up with the original parts and good as gold. Highly recommended!!! Professional, tell you the goings ons, and very affordable.

Gann's Auto has won my business for life! The experience when I recently had my vehicle worked on was nothing shy of amazing. Paul and Richard are so genuine, honest and knowledgeable that I felt comfortable right from the start, and that feeling had only multiplied by the time my service was completed. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants trustworthy auto repair! Fine, upstanding gentleman who really know their stuff regarding vehicles and life in general for that matter. Early this month, My partner and I took a Honda we were considering purchasing to Gann's Auto. The experience was great and very thorough. He took my partner back to the workshop and showed him some issues we may be concerned about but also recommended that the car was worth it if the dealer would fix it. Gann's provided us a detailed report and did all this while we waited. We took the report to the car salesman and got the repairs fixed before purchase! We are super grateful for the awesome job Gann's Auto did inspecting the car for us.

I've used this shop twice now. Each time the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the issues of the vehicle. They have reasonable prices and actually fix the issue instead of "putting bandaids on them" to make them run again, so that your back for the same thing. The only issue is you might have to wait if they get backed up, but that just means they are known for quality work.

Will never go back to this place, they are very rude and don’t know how to talk to people. The man at the front desk if very rude and passive aggressive. If you want to be treated with disrespect this is the place for it!

So took the advice of a reliable friend that claimed Gann's would be unfortunate and honest and since it was 50 minutes away from my home I hesitated as rental cars are not cheap on a limited budget. So with that intro I did take my struggling 08 Ford truck to have then helpbme with a exhaust manifold issue and they advised me about there hourly rate and once checked over the call made a couple claims with two option for a remedy so I told them that it would be best to just do the one manifold fit the lowered price but called back and advised the phone ro do both and it was not told to the mechanic and so I get only one for the price of two and on top of f all this U called to check on the status and hoped to pick up by 1pm for my rental car and the person that answered the phone when I called at 8am asked if I would like to come and show hem how to fix the truck how ride and I would not recommend using this repair service!
