Extremely pleasant & helpful staff… They were so patient with my inexperience to printers.. Even allowed me to plug in my printer and inserted the cartridges for me.. highly recommend!!!

It's a long story, but the people here were extremely helpful, well beyond the requirements of their jobs. I was extremely lucky to have stumbled upon them due to a wrong turn I took on the way to Office Depot. Oh: Please add "ink" and "refills" to your Google description. That's why Office Depot turned up on Google Maps and Cartridge World didn't.

I had an "ink" emergency and these guys were able to deliver and get me going again! Also I had a printer that was giving me fits and I wasn't getting anywhere with it - so when Eddie came out to bring me the ink order, he took a quick look at the printer, fixed it as well as explain thoroughly what the problem was! Wow! Not only are we saving tons of $$$, but excellent customer service is provided! Thank you Mattie and Eddie for what you do to keep us going strong here at Georgia Stage! Review written by Amy P.
Update March 2021: I've had a business relationship with Cartridge World Lawrenceville for 4+ years now and have never been disappointed. I truly believe in supporting small businesses in my community, especially during the difficult times we've all been through and they are at the top of the list when it comes to quality product and services. While out running errands I stopped by my local Cartridge World and found they had gone out of business since the last time I had visited. Looked for another location and this one was the closest. Prior to driving I called them to ask if they had my toner in stock and set the location on Waze to see how long it would take to get there. They advised they had one and I inquired if the listed closing time of 6pm was correct. The employee stated that was the correct time and I told him I would get there just in time as Waze had an ETA of 5:45. About 40 minutes later I arrived in the shopping center at 5:47pm but did not initially see the sign for the store as it was getting dark already and overcast. Finally spotted the sign that was not illuminated, parked and then discovered all the lights were off and the door was locked prior to the closing time I had just been told over the phone less than an hour before. Why would you close early when you knew a customer was on the way and even told you what time they would arrive?

I had purchased a cartridge but when I started to print nothing happened. I thought something was wrong with the printer. After time spent with the support team, nothing wrong with the printer, I called cartridge world and they said to check if the inker was dry or not releasing ink. I returned the cartridge (no problem) and the replaced one worked fine. They were very understanding. Good customer service.
