Early in August, my roommates and I needed a house within three weeks. We called around to a few agencies, and Alan picked up immediately. Within the hour, he was sending me listings. He was very friendly and informative. Within a few days, Alan was walking me through tours of potential home choices. He was quick to point out red and green flags. It didn't take long for us to settle on a choice, and even though a management company handled the documentation from there, Alan remained attentive and accommodating until the deal was struck. Many realtors have been in business for years, but Alan bundles his experience and knowledge with exceptional service and kindness.

Alan is a fantastic and experienced realtor to work with. Our family was moving to the area fast due to a new job. We had to conduct basically everything virtual due to living a few states away. As first-time home buyers, Alan was available anytime for questions or concerns. He showed us multiple homes via Facetime and always gave honest opinions. We found our forever home with his help! He was amazing and trustworthy during the whole process. I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing or selling a property.

If you're looking for a realtor, unsure about who you can actually trust when everyone and their mothers are trying out the real estate game, then you've found one of the most professional and capable agents in the profession. I've been choosing him as my agent for over 11 years (since 2013). Having Alan Daniel as your real estate agent is the best choice you can make when buying a home.
Five years ago, I began my search. I came across several homes that I thought were perfect, but with Alan's keen eyes and years of experience in the real estate market and mortgage industry, he was able to point out defects or potential problems. What I liked most about Alan was his patience, responsiveness, and calm professional demeanor. I especially appreciated that he was not just interested in "selling a house." He wanted us to own a property that I would love.
Even after the closing, he checked in on us. He treated us like family and not just another buyer.

This was our second time using Alan as our realtor and he pulled double duty selling our previous home (which he helped us buy) and purchasing our new home. Alan was always on top of communications for showing times and feedback, and knew the best listing price for our area. I was very happy that we had an offer much sooner than expected and everything worked out smoothly. He also worked hard on getting us additional incentives on our new build as he has worked in the area a while and knows a lot of people. Thanks Alan!!

What a brilliant experience working with Alan. He helped us sell our family home. We followed his recommendation to get the house ready for selling, then he listed on market. Within a few weeks we had hits from peoples wanting to buy the house. Once we had a buyer Alan walked us through the negotiation process and keeping up to date on the progress. This was difficult sell as the buyer had a few problem but Alan kept us inform and we closed on the house. Alan made the process easy and was very precessional throughout. We used Alan to sell a family members home in Lawrenceville. We interviewed 4 agents and decided to go with Alan. BEST DECISION EVER!! He had the home under contract in less than 2 weeks for MORE money than we were asking!
