We walked in and ask a worker a question, he just seemed kinda short , maybe he was busy or having a bad day who knows.. Im just not an ace guy .. i prefer the big orange place myself.. more selection lower prices for sure. But thumbs up to ace for making it all these years with those higher prices ?

I recently visited this Summit Ace of Lavonia, and it’s easily the best hardware store I’ve been to. The store is incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed for my home. They have a fantastic selection of tools, garden supplies, and household essentials, all at competitive prices. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and eager to help. They provided great advice and practical tips, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Summit Ace of Lavonia, nestled near the beautiful Lake Hartwell, has definitely become my go-to spot for all my hardware needs!

I am the former owner of an Ace hardware in Northwest Georgia. I can honestly see these folks have done a fantastic job with a store. Well stocked. It have free people that are very helpful and will make sure you get what you want every time. I would highly recommend this hardware store to anyone who is looking for something that they need. I will definitely be back

Absolutely some of the best customer service you will find in a hardware store. I went there just yesterday and the young man cashing me out went out of his way to save me a few dollars. Highly recommend!
