“Customer service and customer care like it used to be!We ordered two custom Lazy Boy recliners and they showed up after 6-8 weeks as promised. I picked them up in the boxes and took them home. Turned out erroneously to be the right color but wrong models and not very comfortable.Went down to the store next morning and Billy worked with us to swap the wrong ones with two of the model we actually wanted that they had in stock. He also made us a great deal on a couch and coffee table to match the new recliners. He even arranged to deliver all the furniture and pick up the two incorrect recliners the same day. Could not be more pleased with the experience.It is clear to me why this business has survived for so long.”
