I’d been a patient at this practice for years. I only stayed so long because the nurse practitioner was amazing and actually cared for me as a person—not just a patient.Dr. Breton leaves so much to be desired. Her bedside manner is poor at best and calloused at worst. I hardly ever called to ask for prescriptions when sick (instead I went in to be seen or the urgent care to make sure it wasn’t anything where an antibiotic was needed). Never missed appointments. I have lived with anxiety my entire life and took my medicine as prescribed by the office. When going through situational depression, I reached out to ask for a refill of a medicine they’d put me on several times before until I could be seen for my appointment two weeks later. I explained the situation and how I was feeling. Dr. Breton informed me (verbatim via the nurse) that I was already on medication (for anxiety) and she would not initiate another for me. That I needed to see psychiatry for the “multitude of medications I claim I need to be on.” No call from the office to explain, no call to see if I could come in sooner. Had I been having intrusive thoughts, this would have sent me over the edge. I hope she doesn’t say that to someone who IS having those kinds of thoughts because the outcome could be fatal for that person. Ask others who are patients or have been patients, and they will share the same kinds of experiences with this provider.I responded to her message that it was not ok to speak to patients in such a calloused way (especially when reaching out for help), and if she had actually read my chart, she would see that the second “mental health” med that I was on was prescribed by the center for best health for help with weight management.Alas, she chose not to see me as a person but instead as a problem. She is so out of touch with the day to day reality many of us have and doesn’t take that into account with our overall health.I would NOT trust this provider with my health. I’ve since switched to a new Wellstar provider who is absolutely amazing, and I wish I’d switched so much sooner.

This post is because Danielle couldn't care less about patient care. Her lack of empathy has left my family member frustrated and crying! What would you do if you'd been coughing for 2 months and had visited multiple urgent care centers and finally went to an actual ER where you're finally tested for RSV and guess what? Positive. Then 3 days later you see online that your chest xray shows a whole lot more going on but no one has followed up so you call to get an appointment with your pcp and that's when you get Danielle on the phone. Someone in charge at Wellstar please reach out to us!MyChart now indicates staff is trying to document outreach that didn't occur.Oh yes, Wellstar needs to call the number om file pronto to make this right!

Horrible! I was asked to wait outside in 40 degree weather, because I have Asthma. This is incredibly unprofessional and discriminatory. The Nurses and Nurse practitioner were unable to answer the simplest of questions. Unable to provide pricing because their "Database" was down but yet still try to force and pressure me into unnecessary tests that I had no symptoms for. When I asked about their recommendations, they weren't able to articulate why they recommend the things they do, but just that they recommend them. No rhyme or reason why. This is the blind leading the blind.

Don't want to put a black eye on anyone else but Maria Glory NP. The rest of this staff have been great. I have been a patient here for a long time. I have never experienced what I experienced today. I have told the office that I never want to see her again. She didn't listen to anything I said, I know this because her summary noted were totally false. I am guessing she just made stuff up I am not sure what is going on. But this NP was horrible.

Everyone at this office is pleasant, kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about your health. Dr. Breton is insightful and finds ways to address health issues that don't involve just taking a medication. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

WellStar Adult Medicine in Kennesaw has some of the best professionals. Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing. Very hard to find the level of personalism, care and compassion from healthcare providers today … Nurse Edwina and the whole lab staff are amazing!
