Every time I call the office my call is answered almost immediately. Assistance is always offered for what ever issues or questions I may have and usually resolved very quickly. In this case my agent was at lunch when I called but Skyra was able to quickly answer all my questions along with an in depth explanation of what was covered, the amounts covered, etc. It’s so nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable about the products and services being sold. I highly recommend Rick Mottern State Farm.

I have worked with skyra and I think her professionalism and being able to answer every question I have is phenomenal. I've had a lot of State farm agents and worked with a lot of their secretaries or people that work under them and she seems to be the most knowledge and professional and kindest person I've worked with in State farm's family

Switched to State Farm in May 2024. My new agent, Jeff is very responsive to all my questions and needs. I contacted them today regarding changing autos. Allison was really on top of it. Had my new card in less than a minute after I got off the phone. Very pleasedwith the Rick Mottern Agency.
