Great shop with honest employees. They managed to squeeze me in at the last minute for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car and they immediately told me what they found, what the issues were, and what the repair costs would be. They saved me from buying a potentially nightmarish SUV.
Reasonably priced, honest, and all around 5 star service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely fabulous customer service!! My right passenger side tire was ruined making my car undriveable. I didn’t have a spare. I had my car towed to Neighborhood Automotive after hours and left them a message on their voicemail regarding who I was and what my car was doing there. They called me the following morning and we discussed what needed to be done, which was get 2 new front tires (the front driver side tire didn’t have much life left in it either). I called Discount Tire and purchased the 2 tires over the phone. Bill dropped my rims off at discount tire, went back to his garage while they mounted the tires onto the rims, then went back and got them and returned to his garage to put everything back on my car. AND charged an extremely reasonable price for all that running around. AND both Bill and the lady that I spoke with were so nice and willing to do what it took to help me. Idk how they are with any other automotive repair, but if it’s even close to their customer service, it’s outstanding!! I know the first place I’ll call next time I need a repair! Thanks, y’all!!
