They sold my overstock mattress that was supposedly discounted. They Found a replacement. Had problems getting it to me. I paid for Bungi truck driver for which i was later reimbursed. The bedframe was delivered later in November. They tore bottom of new mattress. I was supposed to get a replacement months ago. Waiting for one to be available.

I was greeted promptly after entering the store. Brandon was the sleep expert assisting me, and he and Ross provided knowledgeable information for the type of mattress I was looking for. I am looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress.

Customer service was excellent. I and my friend were handled with a lot of professionalism. We had a chance to test various mattresses before I could choose what I loved. Every step was well explained. We got financed in less than 10 minutes. I can't wait to receive my Mattresses on Wednesday. I was so impressed.
