Worked with Brandon during our visit and he was top drawer from entrance to close of sale. You can tell he had a lot of experience and shared a lot of knowledge about different mattresses, the various buying options with respect to financing, cash back, clearance vs new etc. and ensured we selected the mattress that was right for our needs and walked out Satisfied with our purchase. Bonus points for how friendly he was and looked out for our kids while we were testing out mattresses. Very patient in demonstrating and. Explaining the various features. I recommend using this location of mattress firm for some of the best sales people that will make you feel valued, treat you and your questions with respect and ensure you chose the right mattress with the best price.

Justin was very informative about various mattress types at different price points. He was helpful without being pushy. We spent 3 hours in the store trying out mattresses and never felt pressured. I am sure we will be happy with our purchase. I would recommend anyone to visit this location if you are in need of a mattress.

I had such a fantastic experience with Richard Turner today at Mattress Firm on Barrett Parkway! He really listened to what I needed and used his expertise to guide me to the perfect options. He patiently walked me through multiple mattresses, explaining the pros and cons of each one. Plus, we shared some laughs along the way, which made the whole mattress and frame shopping process so much more enjoyable. I’ve loved this place so much!!! We recently bought a mattress with them and it was beyond the best experience we’ve ever had. Delone and Melissa were really patient with us and helped us with all information necessary and even gifted us with some goodies for our better sleep ❤️ I completely recommend this store and please find those two, they are AMAZING! ♥️
