It's the worst place I've ever been 2 weeks ago I brought a set of new tires to have them installed on my truck for sorry I paid 160 dollars and the guy didn't balance them because I didn't need balancing after driving the truck to bufor hwy I realized Note that the tires did need balancing so I went back to complain to them and they did not want to take responsibility. I had to pay another 120 dollars for balancing and to make matters worse one of the workers broke my special socket to be able to remove the studs and they do not want to take responsibility as well. that's why they tell me it's 20 dollars for the socket when they broke it in the end I had to pay $300 dollars for a simple tire installation for that reason I don't recommend them they give a terrible service they take great advantage tires like that should not be open

I came here two days ago to change the brakes. I had all 4 brakes replaced. Today, I noticed a scraping noise coming from the front, left tire so I called the shop and I was hung up on twice. The second time I spoke to a worker on the phone, I asked if I could bring my car back for someone to take a look, the worker told me "I don't know." When I asked the worker what that meant, he hung up on me. I will not be returning here for any services and would not recommend anyone else to come here, especially women.
Update:
I took my car to a corporate tire shop and the workers there informed me that several parts on my brakes had not been installed properly which caused my brakes to grind against my rotors. They also did not replace the brake cover correctly on my car so it was flapping around. This cost me another $100+ to redo the brake installation. If I had not been able to drop my car off at a shop, it would have eventually cost me more money as it would have ruined my brakes. I understand perfect performance cannot be achieved for every customer and interaction but I would have appreciated for Juan's Tire Center to have been more receptive to their mistakes and correcting them in a proper manner.

Do not buy tires here. I had a blow out with my wife and daughter on the side of the road. I went to this place to get a used tire. The owner said that he would charge me $84 for almost new tire. I paid for the tire. Got ready to put it on the car. And the tire had a plug in it. He would not take It back. Nor give me a discount. Because I had already purchased the tire. So I pay $85 for use tire with a whole already in it. I could have just purchased new 1. I have nerver paid so much for a used tire and then it had a plug in it. Just not how you do business.
