Some of the prices are ridiculous, most of the items are broken and incomplete. Lots of clothes with stains.... If not careful, there are items at brand new market cost. Mngnt need to do a better job. I realize many use the Goodwill as a dumpster, but a better selection needs to be made when items are brought to floor

Seems really weird to receive a bad attitude from the attendant, when I am making a donation. He was clearly annoyed that I even suggested that he pull the vacuum cleaner and two large trash bags of goods, from my car.

I just went to drop off a huge amount of bedding and towels and adult clothes on hangers and the first thing the young man said to me is “I can’t get anything from the backseat only the trunk”. I’ve never been told this with any of my previous donations when the older gentlemen are working. Then he started taking bags inside before he finished unloading the trunk so I had to finish that task as well! I’m 60 and 4’9” and I unloaded 6 bags to his 3! I won’t be donating at that location ever again.

Terrible attitude. The sign says “stay in your car” but the employee was clearly annoyed that we didn’t get out and unload. When I asked if he needed something, he just shook his head and waved me off like he was disgusted. My husband eventually got out to help him because he kept staring into the car. Then he just walked inside without speaking to us - other than to refuse an item we brought that had a (small) scratch on it - or offering a receipt. It makes me reconsider supporting the organization and I definitely won’t go back to that location.
