Work place to buy things and work there. Even when they have so many orders they don’t want to hire anyone else and we need to wait a lot of time for our purchase. This poor people is doing the job for three or four people, sometimes with the best attitude and other times really tired. You all really need to start doing better or this store is going to fail. So sad.

Design center associates were so rude. I stood there for 10 minutes and neither acknowledged me. Another employee came up and asked if I needed help as he realized I was being ignored. I told her I was waiting on someone from the design center who could assist me. She then walked over to both the young ladies and one said, I’m leaving in 5 minutes and have too many people that I’ve already helped today. The second associate said she was too busy surfing the internet. I can’t make this up. I left my buggy and materials there
and walked out. I will never visit this store again.

It’s safe to say this store overwhelms most people. I went 5 times and left without completing an order. Today I had the pleasure of working with Danielle in the design center. She had the perfect personality for the job - she wasn’t pushy, she listened to my needs and wants and helped me finalize my bathroom design to perfection. Kudos to the Kennesaw location for hiring this gem!

Love the selection...we were fearful we wouldn't find anything to redo our bathroom for a cabin feel.. found it!! In fact had quite the selection..

I got what I needed here quickly and efficiently, but the customer service by all three employees (greeter, wood flooring rep, and cashier) I interacted with was "blah" at best. The greeter did not smile or greet me at the door, but she did radio the wood dept to ask for someone to help me pick out a threshold. The flooring guy was super quick to pick out the right piece I needed but was dry, unsmiling, and seemed bored and unfriendly. The cashier had the same overall tone. It was quiet in the store but felt depressing, kind of sterile and uninviting. Just blah. Management needs to work on training employees to be more warm and friendly. I won't give this store my business again unless necessary.
