Really the only store in the area for college gifts and apparel. Returns are store credit only within 30 days. Not customer friendly in that aspect. Very cluttered and doesn’t bring in new inventory often. Has tons of potential.

BUYER BEWARE. You cannot return anything you purchase. Bought one item and went to return it 20 minutes later and was told they have a no return policy on everything in the store. Was not told this when I made the purchase. There is a piece of paper with a lot of “small print” flat on the countertop near the register. Recommend they set up a sign with large lettering that says “no returns” otherwise this policy enacted this way makes the customer feel like they’ve been tricked / stolen from / lied to. There’s a name for it. It’s called the lie of omission. The no return policy is a bad one but if that’s how the owner wants to run their business that’s their choice. But not making that clear at the point of purchase lacks integrity in my opinion.

Bought a jersey for our son and found out my wife already got one so took it back the next day. I had my receipt and all the tags were never removed. They would not refund. Only give store credit. Since I only shop there every couple of years around the holidays it’s doubtful that the credit will be used soon. When I do use it it will be the last time I ever shop here. Bad business!!
