“I wandered into this store yesterday looking for a last minute outfit for a last minute trip to Nashville. As a middle age mom, I was having a “am I too old to be here?” moment. Cody approached me and asked me what I was shopping for. He was spectacular! So insanely helpful and as sweet as can be. Seriously, he may be my new shopping BFF! I had a blast shopping with him. He helped style outfits, including shoes. Set it all out, in outfits, in the dressing room. Not the level of sales I expected from The Buckle. He was my personal stylist and I was impressed by his professionalism and the level of customer service he provided. He was so patient and a great hype man! I left with some amazing pieces. I can’t wait to rock these adorable items this weekend! Go see Cody, you won’t regret it!”

“I've said this before, but I need to say it again. Hot Topic is the absolute pinnacle of customer service. Their staff are truly incredible, and it's consistent across locations. Today I walked in, in a bit of a hurry to get a last minute birthday gift of nose rings...which I know nothing about. Dani at Hot topic at Town Square Mall spent quite a while with me, educating me on what the heck I was looking at and asking questions about the gift recipient to help me choose the right option. Absolutely phenomenal. Love this company!”

“Hollister has some good feeling jeans, and even better, they fit well. I have had problems with some other clothing stores in the mall because their version of my size is totally wrong, but Hollister gets it right. Also right now, some jeans are $25 instead of the $50 price tag so hey that's awesome.”

“This is a great location. The young lady and sales associate, Alison (think that’s how it spelled) is amazing. The last two times I’ve been in Aerie, she has been so helpful and conversational. I love shopping at Aerie because there is truly something for everyone’s body type and style. The employees at the store are super sweet. “Hello, this message is for the CEO. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the way employees are being treated at this location. The level of disrespect and belittlement experienced to your staff, is unbelievable. I am personally disheartened to see the very customers are showing a lack of respect towards your employees, only to turn around and request to speak to upper management. I experienced this firsthand while I waited in line at the fitting room today for over two hours. It is my understanding that your employees have been subjected to bullying and disrespect from many if not all your customers. I am sure this isn’t happening just at this location either. This behavior should not be tolerated, and immediate action needs to be taken to address this issue. My first suggestion would be to address the number of fitting rooms you have, maybe a security guard on site or even air conditioning. You will lose great employees! I want to share that I witnessed an adult man engaging in an argument with one of your employees simply because she asked him to momentarily vacate a space, as she retrieved a dress from a dress form for my daughter. This kind of behavior was yet again, unbelievable. Moreover, I also witnessed an incident where a customer used a racial slur against one of your employees when she politely apologized for the extended wait time and requested that the customer not try on clothing on the sales floor, and she immediately asked for “corporates” phone number. These incidents are deeply concerning and made me somewhat emotional. I also am sure that it must go against any company’s core values of treating everyone with dignity and respect.Given my experience as a former Regional Manager, I strongly urge your company to take immediate and decisive action to address these issues. I’ve always prioritized the well-being of my employees and the overall experience of customers, and I must say this disgusts me. I hope appropriate measures can be put in place to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. If not, I will have to make it my duty so every single employee in that building finds a new place of employment.Again, thank you for your attention to this matter, I didn’t want to call “corporate” I need this to be a public comment for anyone who feels they want to visit this location. These young ladies are amazing, and I wouldn’t want a better team working under that much pressure. I hope the company does something soon to create a more respectful and welcoming environment for both your employees and customers.Best Regards,Bev”

“I love coming into this store. The clothes are bright, cute, and cheerful. The sizes run small so unfortunately there isn't much for women who need bigger sizes. It is mostly a store for young teenage girls. The clothing is expensive but there are sales going on constantly. They don't carry sizes above a large. Their clothes are cute tho and the staff is wonderful, attentive, and friendly. This location is rather small. I love that they gave me a free ring for signing up to their texting program. I will definitely return to this location.”

“Chelsea & Elijah are the GREATEST EVER!!! I called the store near closing time , about 30 mins away. When I gave Chelsea my dilemma, she immediately dropped everything she was doing to assist me over the phone!! She found the product that i was so worried i wouldnt find before my cruise in TWO WEEKS. She reassured me that she would hold it for me & as soon as i arrived to the store she would let me purchase it right away. Soon as I got to the store , she did exactly that & gave me fitting room. Elijah took the time to check on me & he also gave me other ideas to make the entire outfit even BETTER!! I can not thank these two enough. Every PACSUN IN AMERICA NEEDS A CHELSEA & ELIJAH!!!! “I always love the clothes here and the deals. But currently only 8 people are allowed in and the associate (possibly new girl) was so slow to check us out. It literally took 15 minutes to check us out and she still missed 3 security tags. Not fun, while a family waited outside to be let in for awhile.”

And with how fast kids grow, the clothes costing way less than at some stores helps a lot. They have a decent selection of kids clothes and jammies, even shoes.Plus, my girl loves to wander the store and ooo and ahhh at stuff. The employees there are incredibly nice. We lost her stuffed bunny Nini once, and a week later they had it saved for us! We were ecstatic. I think the nice lady who helped us out was more excited than she was, but she wouldn't let anyone take it from her after. Lol”
