Very very poor customer service! I walked in, was not greeted & a lady in front of me was blocking the teller’s desk and was talking to a rep. The teller Banafsheh did not greet me nor acknowledge that I came in. She did not have a sense of urgency and had me waiting a long time when she could have easily asked the lady and rep the step aside.

They should hire employees who truly know about the bank they work at. I came by a few weeks ago to get some help on adding an external bank account since I’ve recently switched banks and still have my credit card with BOFA (there is little to no benefits with BOFA btw). The lady at the front was VERY confused and said “you can’t add a different bank’s information on your account, I don’t think we’ve ever done that before” I kinda kept going back and forth with her that I just needed to speak to someone who would be able to help me out. She even went to ask a coworker and he too was confused. I walked out and thank God I figured it out on my own, turns out you just have to make sure both your checking and savings account(s) are completely closed out. Once they’ve been closed, you can go to the mobile app > pay&transfer > pay > add/ edit external bank accounts. Fill out your information and you’re all set :) it’s sad that I know more than a BOFA employee.

Nice teller! ? But long line. ? I probably won’t be back to this location.However, right when I got to the counter, a second teller appeared to help - so that was good.

Locked out of my card until midnight because I'm dumb.The lady at the front desk was very quick, helpful, and safe about letting me get some cash for the night. Saved me from meltdown

One of the most racist places I have been to. They talked to me like I did not know anything. I never felt so unwelcomed as I felt like the ladies did not want to help or even talk to me. Manager did not even want to look me in the eye. Never even got a hello from her. Terrible customer service. The man that greeted me when I had first walked in was very nice and kind. He was helpful and I wished I had got his name. Otherwise, the ladies were rude and disrespectful. They did not even try to resolve my issue. I got the exact opposite of what I wanted. I had called for the same issues multiple times and made sure of it before I went into the branch. Do not open a branch if you can not provide services in person and be nice and welcoming about it. Treat people the way you would want to be retreated. I have to drive all the way here to get an answer of a "no I can't do that for you" with attitude and did not try anything else to help me when I had already confirmed over the phone. At the end, they acted like they provided me with great service and help me a-lot . They kept reiterating " We are just trying to help you". She kept telling me my information that was irrelevant and kept getting into my business. Your employees need to learn how to mind their own business. I do not think your employees would ever wanted to be treated the way I was treated today either. I regret every coming here and opening an account Bank of America in the first place. I have never had so many problems with a bank .

What can I say? Janice was such a delight. I believe she is the manager. We are closing on a house today and was just notified about the wiring information and that we had to go to the bank before. We went 1hour before the actual closing and I was very nervous about the situation because the process up until closing was very messy. We got to the bank and Janice helped us right away. She handled this amazing and calmed my nerves down. She was super sweet and very understanding and helpful. She also notified me about the fraudulent activity going on recently and made me confirm the information with the attorney’s office which I wouldn’t have done if not for her. She is an amazing employee and deserves nothing but the best!!!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!

Haley Brenn was so helpful, and made the whole process of opening an account fast and easy. She explained our options, and made sure we completely understood everything. We walked in on a Saturday morning. They couldn't see us right away so we set up a time for later that morning. After not being able to get an appointment at other banks, it was a huge relief that Bank of America was so accommodating. Thank you Haley for all your help and follow-up support. You're awesome!

The worst bank in American historyThey never answer phone calls,When they do they do not offer any helpful solutions, if your planning on going on vacation in another country just withdraw all your money before your trip because they will never pick up your emergency call to approve a transaction or something.Service is 1 star

First of all the studio that sends out my payroll check is Fox studio in Los Angeles, they have a reader problem with their checks, the branch in Union City knows to manually type in the check to cash itWell this branch refused to type in thr number, told me flat out they can not do that, in fact they did just a week before, worst customer experience, worst service manager, and flat out ignorance.

We first went to this Wade Green location about a month ago to do a wire transfer (takes 10 mins) and was told "No Appointment,Can't help you" even though we were the only ones standing in the branch waiting.We needed to do another wire transfer today,so we made an appointment,arrived at our designated time and still sat for nearly 30 mins.Even though we were told they go "strictly by appointments" , 2 other customers came in after us with NO APPT and were still taken before us.Finally we get in an office and still couldn't get done what we came in to do.They really just act like they don't care if they help you or not.We've been Bank of Am customers for over 30 years and would recommend ANY other branch over this one. I'm not a financial advisor by any means,but I know Incompetence when I hear it.After both of these incidents ,we just went to the George Busby location and they took care of us with no issues.
