Most of the patio set was sold as a display but these young men pictured looked up prices online and called their manager for a discount since the cushions would need to be washed and they were sellong the display egg chair and table and side chairs. The manager was reluctant but they were able to get the job done ans I got everything at a great price! Kudos to these young men!

Will never deal with Lowes again. purchased a dryer and a defective one was delivered. was told I had to purchase a new one in order to have the old one picked up. the next delivery date was missed because they went to the wrong address. finally got the new dryer crossing my fingers that it works. can't ever get anyone to answer the phone or give you a straight answer when you have to show up in person.

Went in to purchase a wheel barrow. To make a very long story short, I paid and then went outside to the wheel barrows and waited 20 minutes and no one came to unlock one. Went back in and had them page someone again.... no one showed up. ONE HOUR after I paid, I went to customer service to request a refund. Then a woman walks up and very lazily says, "Someone want a wheelbarrow?" NOPE. Please go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money.

We've been working with Cleopatra in the window treatment area and were pleasantly surprised by how much she seemed to care about doing a good job for us. Madison was also a big help today in the Returns Department; taking care of the details on our bill. Kim, the Assistant Store Manager came to help as well. It's hard to find people that care, so today, it was nice to actually be helped by people that smiled and seemed to enjoy their job. Thank you !!

You sometimes come across a nice and helpful person here, but somehow I often end up speaking to the most condescending or unpleasant employees. Typically when I find someone to ask a simple question to, it's like I'm causing them the biggest inconvenience in the world. Today I called and spoke with a very patronizing lady at the Pro Shop desk, who basically laughed at my question about whether the saw was fixed. I called in before driving over there today, since yesterday one of the employees said the repair guy was on their way that afternoon to fix the saw. The woman I spoke with today, when I asked her if she could check in on it said "well if it was broken yesterday, no way it's fixed today" and insinuated that the guy from yesterday was lying about it being fixed on a Sunday, and didn't even bother to confirm even though she obviously didn't know the saw was even broken in the first place. The only reason I go here instead of Home Depot is because it's closer, but I'm beginning to thing the longer drive is worth it.

Unfortunately I spent the better part of my day yesterday chasing my cell phone through your store. I ran into this store, just down the street from my home, to get chains to weigh down outdoor curtains. And I left my phone either at the checkout register or where I was looking at the chains. Completely my fault. I returned to the store within 20 min realizing I didn’t have it. Checked customer service, the self checkout I used and aisle 15 (where the chains are located). No phone so I assumed a customer may have picked it up and it was long gone. I left my information at the front desk to contact me if it was turned in. I then rushed to get a replacement phone & was shown how to track my phone. Tracked it and it’s still at Lowe’s. I went back and spent three hours watching my phone on the Find My app and I’m sure a customer wasn’t in the store for over five hours. There were associates willing to help but the manager wasn’t helpful at all and my phone was tracking everywhere a particular associate walked and when I asked him point blank if he had my phone another associate ran defense for him. Unfortunately I didn’t receive my phone even after the police was called. It’s still showing at your store but now I’m sure it’s buried in the trash. Let’s do the management right…. I will not patronize this location anymore and will travel across town to avoid being scammed.

Waited in the plumbing department for 34 minutes to get a pipe cut and threaded. I pressed the customer assistance button located by the threading machine 3 times. No response. 5 employees walked by during this time. None of them qualified to operate machinery but would get a qualified associate to assist me. Called the store twice during this time. Placed on eternal hold on first call and no one answered the second call after going thru the automated system. Your turn Lowe's. Bring your excuses and tell me it's my fault that your customer service is ???.

Customer service either on phone or in-store sucks. This used to be a great store - unsure what happened to it. Employees no longer take the time to help you find something - but point in general direction of items and God forbid if you call. On phone at this exact moment on hold trying to confirm an install and been on hold for 20 min.

I ordered 50 pieces of 16' long composite decking to be delivered, they shorted me by one. I have tried to give the benefit of doubt but after a week corosponding back and forth with them, they have yet to make good on the one board they shorted me.

This has to be the worst Lowe’s and by far the laziest. What exactly do your employees get paid for because helping the customer is definitely not it. My wife asked THREE different people in this joke of a store where an item was and ALL 3 of you wouldn’t show her but instead, tried to tell her. Lazy lazy lazy.

We moved to Georgia from Kansas on May 27th. The house we bought did not have a fridge so we purchased one on May 27th from the Lowe's Home Improvement. We paid $1810 + tax for the refrigerator which we were told would be delivered and installed on May 28th. May 28th we wait from 8am to 8pm at home as they told us THAT was the time window and that someone would contact us 40 minutes before they arrived. 7:20pm rolls around and still no contact. We called the store only to be told that our delivery had been changed to two days later without anyone having contacted us. We tell them we have a newborn and we would never have agreed to this so the person says, okay, we can do it tomorrow(the 29th). Same thing happens. We go into the store again and speak with an assistant manager, Stephen, who was very helpful and who ended up delivering it to us at 10pm in his personal vehicle because no one else did. It is now 6/5 and the water feature (we were told it would be installed 5/31) is still unconnected and the trash from the refrigerator, uncollected. Stephen worked extremely hard to try to help us out and deserves a raise but he is LITERALLY one of only maybe four employees worth anything at this location. My husband and I were hung up on once and twice, respectively, TODAY ALONE(not to mention earlier in the week). Oh, I forgot, even at 10pm when he should have gotten off at 5, Stephen said he would have installed it himself but wasn't sure how to or I have no doubt he would have. After we get our appliances that we have already paid for I will NEVER shop here again. I would cancel my other orders but hey, I've already been waiting this long and I need them, like, LAST WEEK. A word of advice to upper management- FIRE EVERYONE AND CLEAN HOUSE(except Stephen, the two ladies in appliances that were kind and pleasant, and the vet who helped us pick out our grill) Seriously AND Sincerly- STAY AWAY if you need anything delivered and/or installed and if you expect even a smidgen of customer service(once again unless on the off chance you have the pleasure of running into the above mentioned folks. Rant over

20 people trying to checkout at 7 pm and only one register open and self checkout and garden center closed. Walmart does better.
