He lied and said he couldn't cancel my auto insurance. Thankfully, I charged it to my credit card, so no worries ? Response to owner: Progressive didn't lie, you did. They we're the one who canceled my insurance. You said you didn't have the ability to do that. You are the same man who was very aggressive in your tone of voice which made me wanted to cancel in the first place. I hope you learn and apply good customer service so you can actually keep customers.
