I finally closed the bank account for our little church, which closed its doors in 2021 after nearly 60 years of service to the community. Linda made the process very simple and painless. She was genuine, warm, and caring - I cannot convey how much that helped ease the process.

Opening a bank account was so easy.Quick service.Come with a phone and you must sign in with your phone ,when the code is sent to your phone.Few minutes of waiting. I got my debit card same day and activated on the spot.Highly recommended.

My sixteen-year-old daughter visited the teller's window for the first-time last week. She usually does her banking within the PNC student app. However, this week she needed to make a deposit. She walked into the bank with over $600 in ones and change. The teller, Monica Brooks, took the time to explain how to complete the deposits and how to check for errors. I've given this speech before the visit and was sure she could do it on her own. But as soon as she approached the window, all was lost! I'm thankful for Ms. Brook’s patience with my daughter. She didn't have to take the time to calm her down, but she did. I'm sincerely grateful. Kudos to you Ms. Brooks and the employees at the Jonesboro, GA Branch.

This location is awful. I went with my husband to open a joint bank account. The teller approaches us. She comes from behind the teller station when there was already a man at the entrance. She asks my husband for his ID. Looks at it then tells us they can't open the account. We never spoke to an advisor. We left and went to another pnc bank and had no issues.

The front desk greeter has a very unprofessional additude .She told me that they had a notary but it was only for account holders but that's illegal for notary withhold service
