This store is not professional and the hours of operation are false advertising. They close at 5pm. but the app says they close at 6 pm.on Sunday. The workers are very rude and unprofessional they don't have people skills. This store needs new management and workers. A place like this should not be in business at all!! ??

i recently went to this store and the store manager HANNAH was absolutely amazing! another store i went to added on so many unnecessary things to my bill and hannah was able to help me get them removed. she's a total sweetheart and i felt like she actually cared about my concerns despite having several other customers in store. she helped everyone out quickly but wasn't rushing us out the door either. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! please please please pleaseeee give this young woman a raise! i WILL be back and only use this location because of her!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location! I'm quite literally always assisted by a lovely young lady with blue hair, I believe her name is Hannah, and she solved my issues with absolutely no problem time and time again! She even helped me with a problem I had after I had been turned away by the location on Mt Zion Road. This woman deserves a raise!! Literally EVERY TIME I go by the store she's always there by herself and she's always so kind and attentive to my needs and concerns. Perhaps she's a manager? Either way, she's the only person I really go to whenever I have to swing by Metro.
