Me and my fiancé did a walk in to get an issue fixed with his business advantage account and Kenny immediately took us into his office and took care of our issues for us within minutes ! He was very quick , polite, professional and efficient! Thank you sooo much Kenny! We will see you again ☺️☺️

Sat in the lobby for 20+ minutes. Noone introduced themselves. No "be with you in a moment" waited in line for the teller for them to send me to a concierge desk who then put me back in the chairs to not be helped. Noone is being helped and there doesn't appear to be anyone comming to help. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a BOA branch hands down. It's worth it to drive further to a different branch.Update: I waited over an hour for a direct deposit form. Employee/teller Kenneth was not understanding of the situation. He had an attitude and was disrespectful.Horrible service. Horrible treatment. I know other branches aren't like this one, but I'm still considering take my income to different bank.

I Visited this branch yesterday, 9/5/23. The branch manager, Ms. Joyce was not helpful and very dismissive to me. She did not extend her hand to assist me with my needs.I called the customer service number prior to making a visit and they instructed me to go to the branch so that my issue can be completely resolved since I had proof of my receipt imaged cashiers check that was deposited into my account. (I deposited my cashiers check on Saturday 9/2/23 and my receipt stated my funds would be available on 9/11/23.) I’ve never had a check or a cashiers check to take that long to process.The representative told me over the phone, that because I deposited into the atm, that the atm could not identify that it was a cashiers check and if I would of went inside the bank and allowed a teller to deposit it, it would of cleared the next day because it’s technically cash. (The bank was closed on Saturday and Monday due to the holiday.)The call center representative assured me that if I still had the image of the cashiers check being deposited at the atm, that if I went inside the branch and provided proof that they would be able to lift/release the delayed hold.When I got inside the branch Ms. Joyce greeted me without giving me her full and undivided attention. I expressed to her that I had deposited my cashiers check in my account for my rent so that my rent could be paid on time because I didn’t know that the banks were closed on Saturday and that my account was currently outstanding due to the delayed hold on the cashiers check.I told her I was advised to visit the branch and provide my receipt of the cashiers check being deposited and that they will be able to immediately confirm that it was a cashiers checks instead of a regular check and would be able to lift the hold.Ms. Joyce stated out in the open, that she could not help me and that there was nothing that she could do and that I would have to wait until 9/11/23 for the funds to be available. Ms. Joyce never asked me my name, pulled up my account and never collected my ID or debit card.I expressed to her I’ve been a client with Bank of America for over 15 years with the same account and I have NEVER waited 10 days for a check or let alone a cashiers check to be cleared. Ms. Joyce then stated due to Covid (lol) the delays have been longer than normal. I told her that a cashiers check is technically cash and should be deposited the next business day. She then stated out in the open in front of customers , it’s NOT, your cashiers check has to take time to process and clear just like a check because it could be fake, there is nothing else more I can do.I asked Ms. Joyce was there anyone else I could speak to and she politely smirked and stated I’m the branch manager and there is no one else that would be able to assist you.I left from this branch and immediately headed to another near by branch who was able to lift the hold on my account and my funds were available this morning 9/6/23. (This took less than 5 mins.)I then proceeded back to the first branch to inform Ms. Joyce that I was able to get my issue resolved at another branch and that I did not appreciate her being dismissive to me. I told her she didn’t even collect any of my information for her to determine if she could or could not assist me. I expressed to her that I am also in customer service as a Regional Manager and I make sure that I have completed give 100% of effort and exhausted all options before I determine that I can not assist someone.Before I could finish expressing respectfully how she made me feel as a client of 15 years, she then stated. Ok well I don’t want to continue this conversation because unfortunately we are in an open space but I’m glad you were able to get your issue resolved. I told her I felt the exact way when she was stating that my cashiers check could be fake.Ms. Joyce was once again very dismissive. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t accept accountability. My purpose of revisiting the branch was to simply and respectfully make her aware of my service.

I am no one. It is very unfortunate that there is no where that honest people of any race will not be treated fairly by a number of reasons... However, it is absolutely horrible that people who work around money are really jealous and mean. I had really important business to handle the day I visited here. (Not my preferred bank) I made a healthy withdrawal and the young lady counted the money three times... I was pleased at how she neatly wrapped up my funds. Upon delivering the said funds, the receiver had a count of $50 short of my withdrawal. How could this be? I will never return here. I understand everyone may not enjoy the job/career they have but when you make moves like this everyone loses. I will not get my money back. She keeps her job. The bank is open. The world continues. Thank you for your time and reading my review. Have a wonderful day anyway!

I visited this branch of Bank of America today to cash a check that was drawn upon Bank of America and I was greeted with enthusiastic employees and was so nice seeing this because banks really do not care about customer service anymore. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication.

Why won’t anyone answer the phone?? This is ridiculous beyond belief. Not a single person can answer a phone there??? I just have a simple question that cannot be answered in the site and can’t get a human!!!
