I moved out of state and had an issue with the cancellation process. The regional manager called me and helped me work out a plan to cancel my membership. The personal touch was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful location, helpful & caring staff, they play great music, I could go on and on! I always feel incredible after my infrared sauna workout! The variety of classes keeps it interesting. Your body & mind will thank you!

I love this place! It gives me a lot of variety of workouts all infrared sauna so I do not get tired of doing the same workout. It also offers the usual weights and exercise balls, so I can maintain arms, leg, and full body days while getting the benefits of infrared.
